This is a method of press cutting and forming using equipment.

。That is, a press cutting blade having the same blade shape as the plastic sheet to be molded is dropped onto the plastic sheet to cut and mold the sheet into the desired shape.
However, in this method, a sufficient cutting effect cannot be obtained unless the blades formed on the press plate are formed with a certain distance between them. Therefore, only simple shapes that can be formed even if the blades of the press plate are separated by a certain distance can be press-cut, and items with complicated shapes or hollowed out patterns cannot be formed. . Another method is roll forming.

In this method, as in the case of using the above-mentioned press device, not only the device is large-scale, but also it is not possible to mold products with complicated shapes and patterns. Another method is injection molding, but the work process is complicated and requires an extremely large number of steps and time, especially when molding a multi-layered, multi-colored patterned sheet. Furthermore, since a large amount of time and cost are required to form the mold that serves as the molding base, it is not suitable for molding inexpensive items such as magnetic plastic sheets. In the present invention,
Molding of synthetic resin magnet sheets that can be molded into highly complex shapes with multi-colored patterns that are extremely close to the pattern that cannot be formed using conventional equipment using simple process operations. The purpose is to provide a processing method.

A kneading process in which the synthetic resin-containing magnetic material produced in the kneading process is placed on a base with excellent mold releasability and heat resistance, and the desired shape and pattern are formed. Only the magnetic material should permeate (the step of forming a synthetic resin material-containing magnet sheet with the desired shape and pattern by coating it on a mimeograph cloth, making the part into a rough pattern corresponding to the desired shape and pattern, and using the same machine as the above step). A colored synthetic resin agent consisting of a simple synthetic resin agent, a plasticizer, and a coloring agent that does not contain magnetic powder is applied to the above-mentioned magnetic sheet in a desired shape, pattern, and color by a single layer or with different shapes, patterns, and colors. A colored synthetic resin sheet with a desired shape, pattern, and color is created by the above-mentioned method in several layers or a colored synthetic resin sheet in several steps, and a magnetic sheet with a desired shape and pattern is laminated on the sheet. The present invention relates to a method for molding a synthetic resin magnet sheet, which comprises the step of heating the synthetic resin magnet sheet molded by the method in a high-temperature furnace and then removing it from the base, which is shown in the drawings. The explanation will be as follows according to the example shown.

Mix synthetic resin, magnetic powder, and plasticizer (solvent) to form a sol. Next, the process moves on to sheet forming, in which a copying machine is used to copy the sheet into a certain shape. This mimeographing apparatus and the mimeographing method will be described in detail. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a base made of a metal such as iron having excellent patternability and heat resistance. 2 is a mimeograph that is attached to the base 1, has a frame 3 on the periphery, and has a shape roughly in the center that is the same as the basic shape of the same colored part of the magnetic sheet to be manufactured. It has a rough part 4 and is made of silk or satin.

Then, a synthetic resin agent-containing magnetic material is applied to the entire top of the mimeograph cloth 2, and the applied synthetic resin agent-containing magnetic material has a coarse portion having a diameter that allows the particles of the magnetic material to pass through. 4, a magnet sheet 5 of the same shape is completed on the base 1, and the magnet sheet molding process is completed.

Using an apparatus similar to that shown in FIG. 1A, the mimeograph cloth 2 is constructed so that colored plastics can penetrate only the portions of the magnetic sheet 5 where the colored patterns are to be applied. Using such a device, copies are made onto the surface of the magnetic sheet formed on the substrate 1 (see B2 in FIG. 1). The mimeograph agent used in this case is a synthetic resin-containing magnetic material with the magnetic powder removed, for example, a colored synthetic resin agent in which a plasticizer and a coloring agent are added to vinyl chloride. After completing this process, a copying cloth 2 having a pattern-shaped copy area 6 is placed on the surface of the magnetic sheet 5 formed on the base plate 1 in the previous process, and the pattern-shaped copy area 6 is The pattern is made to match the part of the magnet sheet 5 to which the pattern is to be applied. Next, a colored synthetic resin agent is applied onto the mimeograph cloth 2, passed through the pattern-shaped 0-shaped mimeograph part 6, and then passed through the magnetic sheet 5.
The first pattern formation is completed and an intermediate product 6' shown in FIG. 2 is completed on the substrate 1. The second pattern color formation is also carried out by using the same apparatus and method as described above, and is performed by forming a pattern having rough-grained portions 4 of the pattern shape to be applied on the first pattern (see B3 in FIG. 1).

能である。That is, although the sheet has been formed and colored in the above steps, the sheet is adhered to the base 1 by its own coagulation force,
This must be removed from the base 1.
In this removal operation, the entire base 1 to which the sheet 5 is bonded is heated at a temperature suitable for the resin, for example, 220°C for vinyl chloride materials.
It is carried out by heating in a high temperature furnace such as ~230 qo. That is, the heating softens the resin in the same manner as the plastic molding that is generally performed, promotes the crosslinking phenomenon, relaxes the adhesive state with the base 1, and allows the finished product 7 to be easily removed. Then, the molding process of the synthetic resin magnet sheet is completed. In the above embodiment, each step was explained as being performed separately, but each step may be performed continuously and automatically. For example, by using a belt compare device to perform the steps of forming the magnetic sheet 5, forming the pattern, and removing the sheet, it is possible to meet the demands for mass production. Further, in the above embodiment, a single pattern is formed on the magnet sheet, but it is also possible to form a synthetic resin magnet sheet having the structure shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C.

ある。That is, the sheet shown in FIG. 2A has pattern color layers a and a' on both sides, and when forming a sheet with such a structure, it is necessary to copy the pattern color layer a with only the rough part. First, only the pattern color layer a is formed using a cloth, then a magnetic layer b is formed on the formed magnetic sheet using a mimeograph cloth that can copy only the magnetic layer b, and the pattern color layer is formed on the magnetic layer b. layer a
The pattern color layer a' is formed by using a mimeograph cloth in which only the part ' is rough-textured. In FIGS. 2B and 2C, the pattern color layer and the magnetic surface are formed on the same surface, and when this configuration is used, the pattern color layer a and the magnetic surface are formed on the same surface, respectively, as in the previous embodiment.
This is done using a copying cloth that can copy only the magnetic layer b, but the order of copying is not limited and it is possible to copy from any layer. As explained above, in the present invention, in the molding process of synthetic resin magnetic sheets, instead of the press cutting method which has the fatal point of not being able to mold sheets with complicated cut shapes, it is possible to mold sheets of any shape, pattern, and color. In addition to making it possible to form even if there is a molding method, it can be carried out with extremely simple equipment and inexpensive capital investment, without having to make a large investment in equipment and labor, etc. as with other molding methods. In addition, in the synthetic resin magnet sheet produced by the method according to the present invention, since the molding process is performed on the base 1, the surface is in a uniform planar state. When used as a magnetic attraction surface, it has many effects such as being able to obtain a close and strong magnetic attraction force with a small magnetic force.
