However, in order to fully utilize the effects of the automatic winding machine, automatic doffer, etc., it is necessary to automatically mechanize the thread processing roller group in the thread removal and winding process, the thread threading work on the thread winding body, etc. is necessary. Furthermore, the speed of thread processing in the thread manufacturing process has increased significantly in recent years, sometimes reaching 3,000 to 5,000/min.

Therefore, conventionally known techniques such as Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-4617
In the method described in No. 6, which consists of a collecting guide, a suction device, and a cutting device, and in which the thread is collected and cut using the collecting guide, suction errors often occur due to the high speed and the tension of the thread. However, problems still remain. As a solution to this problem, it is somewhat effective to increase the total pressure of compressed air supply to increase the suction power of the thread suction device or to increase the sharpness of the thread cutter, but this increases maintenance costs and the New development is required. Particularly when this thread cutting and suction processing is linked with the above-mentioned autodoffer or the like to save labor, the invention of a reliable thread processing method is essential to achieving the desired purpose. The present invention has been newly developed in view of the current situation, and provides a reliable yarn cutting and suction processing method and apparatus.

After passing through the traverse fulcrum guide 5 and being swung by a traverse device 6, it is wound onto a winding body 8 driven by a friction roller 7. Here, reference numeral 9 indicates a yarn cutting and suction processing device. 2 and 3 are a schematic side view and a front view, respectively, showing the yarn cutting and suction processing device 9 in FIG. The line suction odor 9' consists of a mouthpiece 11 attached to the tip of the suction tube 10, a nozzle part 12 at the rear end, a compressed air supply nozzle 13 connected to the nozzle part 12, and a waste thread nozzle 14. Hoses 15 and 16 are connected to each other, and the hoses 15 and 16 are connected to a compressed air source and a waste yarn box (not shown), respectively. 17 is a thread suction device fixed to the lower part of the thread suction device 9';
As shown in the figure, it consists of a box-shaped support 18 having a guide slit 17' at the tip, a thread cutting blade 19, and a drive unit 20 (for example, a magnet, a fluid pressure cylinder, etc.) that operates the thread cutting blade 19. The thread cutting blade 19 is the mouthpiece 1
It is installed directly below 1.

The resistance imparting guide 21 is supported by a holding frame 25 to which the thread cutter 17 is attached, and the holding frame 25 is further fixed to a frame 26 of an automatic working machine (not shown) which can be moved along the machine base. It is connected to the fluid pressure cylinder 27 and is arranged to be movable back and forth (it goes without saying that the holding frame 25 can be slidably supported by a frame or the like). Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained.

7 is activated, and the holding frame 25 protrudes. In this case, the tip of the mouthpiece 11 of the yarn suction device 9' and the resistance imparting body 24
are located on a substantially straight line, and the thread cutting blades 19 are arranged so as to intersect between them, and the resistance imparting body 24 is positioned in the direction toward the running thread Y by the protrusion of the holding frame 25. (The holding frame 25 may be movable in the left-right direction for positioning.) As the holding frame 25 moves forward, the resistance imparting guide 21 approaches the yarn Y, and the slit 23 connects to the yarn through the tapered introducing portion 22. The position of the thread Y is reliably approached, and the resistance imparting body 24 at the rear end of the slit 23 comes into contact with the thread Y. Then, as shown in Figure 2, the thread guide is
The position R' shown by the broken line is changed to the position R shown by the solid line, and resistance is applied to the yarn Y. Further, at the same time as the slit 23 approaches the yarn Y, the guide slit 17 of the thread cutter 17 also approaches and restricts the yarn Y. For this purpose, the processing roller 4 and the traversing fulcrum guide 5
The yarn tension between the processing roller 4 and the resistance imparting body 24, especially the
The thread tension T (indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2) between the threads is reduced by contact with the resistance imparting body 24, and the thread ends cut by the thread cutter 17 are more likely to be sucked into the mouthpiece 11. .

A reliable and stable yarn suction operation can be performed without the yarn Y being wrapped around the processing roller 4 or the like. In this embodiment, the resistance imparting body is fixed to the resistance imparting guide, but the resistance imparting body may be moved independently. Further, the shape of the resistance imparting body is not limited to the shape of this embodiment, and may be a hook shape or a shape that sandwiches the yarn, and its operation may be other than the method of pressing the yarn as in this embodiment. Alternatively, it may be something that pulls the yarn together or something that pinches it. That is, any device can be used as long as it is located downstream of the yarn suction device or the yarn cutter and can provide resistance to the yarn, and all of them fall within the scope of the present invention. or,
In this embodiment, the yarn suction odor, thread cutter, and resistance imparting body are arranged in the yarn running direction in this order; However, it goes without saying that it has the same effect as the example.
