である。Its purpose was to use it as a roofing material for construction. For this reason, when used as a waterproof sheet for construction, two or three layers are required, but moisture emitted from the base concrete, which serves as a base, causes blistering, which causes the sheet to peel, expand, and form arms. It was there. In addition, when used for waterproof construction on the slope of an embankment or the bottom of a reservoir for civil engineering, the slope may collapse due to artificial water from the underground layer of the sheet, causing blisters to form on the sheet. There was a risk that it would turn into an arm. The asphalt sheet of the present invention is made of a comparatively thick non-woven fabric base material, and half of the thickness of the base material is impregnated with asphalt, and the remaining part is left as is as a blank fabric that is not impregnated with asphalt. This unimpregnated area has sufficient air permeability, and the evaporated moisture generated from the base concrete and underground water can be absorbed in this cavity-like area and released to the other side, so it can be used as a secondary waterproof sheet. This prevents embrittlement due to peeling of the waterproof layer caused by the blistering phenomenon and achieves the purpose of complete waterproofing.

It is a noble non-woven fabric base material having an appropriate thickness, and in the present invention, half of the thickness of the non-woven fabric 1 is impregnated with asphalt 3 from one side, and the remaining half is made into a hollow portion 2 not impregnated with asphalt. This part provides ventilation and water permeability.

。The nonwoven fabric is a synthetic fiber such as polyurethane or polypropylene, and the appropriate thickness of the base material itself is about 4 to 6 skins.
Suitable asphalts for impregnation are rubber asphalt, modified asphalt such as urethane asphalt or epoxy asphalt, and commonly used blown asphalt. Therefore, since this asphalt sheet has sufficient thickness, it can be used as a single waterproof layer in waterproofing construction for rooftops, etc. The asphalt sheet of the present invention is impregnated with asphalt to half the thickness of the relatively thick nonwoven fabric sheet,
The remaining half is in the form of an unimpregnated cavity, so when used as a waterproof sheet as it is, this cavity becomes a ventilation layer, and when used for waterproofing architectural structures, it absorbs water vapor generated from the underlying concrete layer. When water is used for waterproofing embankment slopes and reservoirs, the groundwater can be moved downward to prevent the slope surface from collapsing and prevent the sheet from blistering. Not only can it be used for multiple purposes as it can be used as an asphalt sheet depending on the purpose, but since the base non-woven fabric is made of long-fiber synthetic fibers randomly intertwined, it has particularly strong properties against tensile damage. It has a revolutionary use effect compared to conventional asphalt roofing.
