A belt is interlocked with a countershaft 18 in a bearing sleeve 19 on a bearing member 17 integrally provided on the a, and the countershaft 18 is interlocked with a belt on the power take-off shaft 9 of the engine 4. Each vertical shaft 43, 53 is transmitted by a transmission band 49, 4a to a transmission wheel 48 on the side of the bean rod intake part for driving the belts 11, 12, respectively.
A bean cutter in which vertical shafts 43, 53 are linked to shafts 46a of co-rotating blades 22a, 22b on concentric shafts with transmission bands 52, 52a.
