の歩留り向上、製器の価値の向上を行わせることを目的
とする温熱風発生炉からダクトを通して送られて来た温
熱風を、粗榛機の器胴の後部上側に設けた導風路胴内に
導入させ、その温熱風をその導風路胴の下部に蓮設した
温熱風吹込み路に送入させると共に、その温熱風吹込み
路の下端呼込み口から、ダンバーによって制御させて、
粗榛機の器胴内に0乎込ませ、且つその器胴内において
、回転軸の回転によって回動される複数の操み手及び縄
梓手によって茶葉に、粗操作動を受けさせる式の製茶粗
操機において、前記導風路胴を、上側、両側を封塞した
断面筒型に構成させると共に、その上側板の内面に均斉
配分頃斜翼板群を併列突設させて置き、その導風路月同
内に吹き込まれた前記導入熱温風を、前記均斉配分傾斜
翼板群によって均斉に配分させて、前記吹込み路の下端
吹込み口に送り込み、これを、その吹込み口に設けた前
記ダンバ−によって制御させて、粗榛機の器腕内に吹込
ませると共に、器胴の上緑に設けた排気口からその排気
を排出させ、また、前記ダンバーを閉方向に動かして、
そのダンバーの下縁に設けた複数の調節孔によって、そ
の温熱風を粗榛機の器且同の中心部に送らせることを特
徴とするもので、温熱風発生炉から送られて〈る温熱風
を、粗榛機内への温熱風均一供給機構の粗榛機上面後方
への設置と温熱風吹出し口速度一機内茶葉動速度(機械
機構速度)=1.3m/secとし、ダンバー操作と温
熱風均一供給機構と共にある温熱風路胴と従来の機械動
機横速度調節とを為し、粗榛工程の初期、中期、後期で
変化する被粗操茶葉の温熱湿物性(比熱、比重、熱伝導
