Claims (1)
体の内周面及び外周面に、各々が互いに電気的に導通し
ないように間隔を設けて電極材料からなるペーストを塗
布し、前記焼結素体のコの字の内側空間部に板状セラミ
ックを嵌着して、前記塗布されたペーストが電極となる
ように熱処理してなることを特徴とするセラミックコン
