The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously forming roof tiles with uniform density. Conventionally, cast molding and press molding have been used as methods for molding hydraulic compositions such as cement. However, these methods involve intermittently molding raw materials that have been improved in fluidity by adding a large amount of water, so they have the advantage of being free to create irregularities on the front and back surfaces of the product and to obtain corrugated products. On the other hand, since it is an intermittent molding method, it has the disadvantage of extremely poor productivity. Therefore,
In order to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, an extrusion molding method was developed in which the raw material was forced into a screw molding die, and it became possible to perform continuous molding, but it had the drawback that there were restrictions on the shapes and sizes that could be molded. In other words, with this method, unevenness or waveforms can only be imparted to both the front and back surfaces in the extrusion direction, and
When molding a wide item, distortion tends to occur due to uneven pressure, etc., so it has the disadvantage that a product with good dimensional accuracy cannot be obtained. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. Examples will be described below using figures. 1st
4 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a plurality of molding lower molds 2 are attached to a conveyor 1 and transported, and the diameter changes in the axial direction corresponding to the upper surface shape of the product 3. The product 3 is continuously formed by supplying the raw material 8 between the molding roll 4 having a curved surface, and the lower edge on the raw material supplying side of the molding roll 4 corresponds to the curved surface of the molding roll 4. A plurality of shaped weir plates 5 are suspended from above, and a plurality of cuts 6 are provided upward from the lower edge of each weir plate 5. In addition, after the forming roll 4

A method for manufacturing roof tiles using the molding apparatus of the present invention will be described below. Now, a fixed amount of raw material 8 is continuously supplied onto the lower mold 2 for molding conveyed by the conveyor 1, and the thickness of the raw material 8 loaded on the lower mold 2 is determined by the weir plate 5. The thickness is smoothed to a thickness suitable for forming, and is formed into a corrugated tile 3 by a forming roll 4 rotating in the same direction as the feeding direction of the conveyor 1, and the surface of the formed tile 3 is smoothed by a forming die 7. It's becoming like that. By the way, if the weir plate 5 is not provided and the thickness of the raw material 8 stacked on the lower mold 2 is too large, the forming roll 4
Since the circumferential speed of the convex portion 4a is higher than the circumferential speed of the concave portion 4b, the amount of raw material 8 caught in the convex portion 4a increases, and the density of the portion formed in this portion increases, causing the tile 3 to have an uneven density. It will be uniform. To solve this problem, it is possible to use a weir plate 5 without notches 6 as shown in FIG. will become worse. For this reason, in the present invention, by providing the notches 6 in the weir plate 5, it is made into a comb shape and has appropriate elasticity, so that even when raw material 8 with poor fluidity is used, cracks do not occur. It seems like there is no such thing. Furthermore, by slightly vibrating the weir plate 5 randomly, an even better leveling effect can be obtained. Also, although a single weir plate 5 is effective, by arranging a plurality of weir plates 5 in a stepwise manner as shown in the embodiment, the thickness of the raw material is gradually leveled out. Such defects are less likely to occur, and smooth break-in can be performed. The present invention is configured as described above, and in a roll extrusion molding device that continuously forms tiles using a lower die and a forming roll conveyed by a conveyor, the peripheral surface shape of the forming roll is applied to the raw material supply side from the forming roll. By providing a weir plate with a corresponding lower edge shape, the thickness of the raw material stacked on the lower mold is made even to the thickness suitable for the corrugation, eliminating variations in the density of the molded product. It has the advantage of In addition, the weir plate has multiple comb-shaped cuts upward from the lower edge, giving the weir appropriate elasticity, so even when using raw materials with poor fluidity, smoothing can be done evenly. It has the advantage of improving the surface finish of the product without causing any defects. Furthermore, by providing vertical and horizontal irregularities on the lower die, it is possible to mold products having irregularities on one side that are perpendicular to the feeding direction of the conveyor or at an arbitrary angle.
