ンのルーパー糸緩め機構に関する。この種ミシン

出す糸緩め機構を備えている。しかし従来の糸緩
め機構は特公昭54−24334号公報のように糸切り
装置から遠くにあり、ルーパー糸は幾つもの糸案
内によつて屈曲された経路を通つてルーパーに達
するため、糸切り装置の作動に際して予めルーパ
ー糸を供給源から必要量繰出しても、可動刃が固
定刃に向つて移動する際にルーパー糸に各糸案内
の抵抗が集積されて作用するから、可動刃を高速
で移動させるとその途中でルーパー糸が過度に緊
張して切断し易く、また糸緩め機構の構成は第4
図のようになつているため、ルーパー糸Tが案内
軸1と囲い2との間から一度び外れてしまうとそ
れがブロツク3の下方に位置して再び元の状態に
戻ることができず、縫製時に目飛びを生じたり、
糸切り時にその作用の途中でルーパー糸に過度の
張力が作用して切断しルーパーからの糸残りが短
かくなつて次の縫い始めにルーパー糸がルーパー
の糸孔から抜け落ちて縫製が下可能となる等の欠
点があつた。
