This is a mimeograph original plate that is electrically recorded and made.

The perforation image is obtained by destroying the film in the area to be damaged by electrical discharge.

Because of this, a piece of paper is generally attached to the end for attachment to the above-mentioned equipment.

から抜け出ないようにする工夫が必要である。 In the first method, a hook 2 as shown in FIG. 1 is provided on a mounting mechanism (hereinafter simply referred to as a head) for attaching the base paper to a rotary press, and a mounting hole 3 formed in the edge paper is provided. Most of the mimeograph machines in general use today are based on this method. The second method is
As shown in the figure, this is a method in which a presser metal fitting 4 that slides from side to side is provided on the head in place of the above-mentioned hook, and the selvage paper 1 is thereby held. This method is used in West German Geher and Roto mimeograph machines, but it is not suitable for the paper used in this method to have only the mounting holes of the first method. Insert a string into the edge of the selvage paper to make this part thicker, and then the selvage paper will fit into the presser metal fitting 4.
It is necessary to devise ways to prevent this from happening.

Those with selvage paper are the mainstream. Therefore, if you want to import and use mimeograph machines manufactured by the two West German companies mentioned above, you will have to first modify the head structure to a hook type, and conversely, you will have to import mimeograph machines made by the two West German companies. Currently, when exporting to a country that uses the mimeograph machines manufactured by the two companies mentioned above, special stringed paper is pasted by hand. Furthermore, since this is done by hand, productivity is extremely low, and defective products are likely to occur due to dimensions and other issues.

The purpose is to provide a method for attaching stringed selvedge paper extremely efficiently and accurately, thereby increasing the productivity of the base paper and reducing the number of defective products.

である。 That is, the present invention involves the step of making a linear perforation in the vicinity of the center of the original fabric of selvage paper, which has been coated with a solvent-based adhesive and dried, and continuously attaching a string to the perforation. , a step of re-wetting the selvage paper material and string together with a solvent while stacking them together, a step of folding the selvage paper material in half along the perforations, and a process that parallels this process. The present invention is characterized by the steps of continuously supplying the electrical recording mimeograph material and sandwiching it between the two-folded paper sheet, crimping it, and cutting it into predetermined dimensions. This is a method in which a piece of paper with a string is attached to the mimeograph paper for electrical records.
以下、第3図及び第4図を参照して本発明を詳

If a drying process is performed after pasting the paper, there is a risk of harmful heat shrinkage wrinkles occurring on the film surface of the electrical recording paper. This is because an adhesive, that is, a solvent-based adhesive is required.

First, the selvage paper material material 20 is first placed at a predetermined position near the center of the selvage paper material material 20 using the sewing machine blade 7. Add a perforation to serve as the crease when folding in half.

The solvent-based adhesive applied to the selvage paper material on the roll 10 is rewetted using the adhesive. The roll surface of the solvent application roll 9 is made of a sponge-like porous material, and one end thereof is in contact with the solvent in the solvent vat 11, so that the roll surface is always kept moist with the solvent.

At this time, a separately fed electric recording mimeograph original paper 18 is sandwiched between the folded edge paper originals.

である。 As mentioned above, the original electrical recording mimeograph paper is constructed by overlapping the synthetic resin film 18'' and the mount 18', but since the mount is removed after platemaking, the necessary parts of the mount (the fourth (shown in the figure) is provided with a perforation 13 to facilitate removal. The selvage paper must be attached so that it is located at the end of this perforation 13, but this positioning is done by sliding it left and right. This is done by manipulating a guide roll 14 that can be moved. Therefore, a sufficient distance is maintained between the guide roll 14 and the rolls 15 and 16 to facilitate the above-mentioned sliding. It is something.

As shown in the figure, the string is fed along the perforation and is stretched between the nip roll 17 and the guide roller 8, so even when the selvage paper material is folded in half by the guide plate 12. The string will not come out of the perforation, and will therefore be securely inserted into the fold or edge of the selvage paper.

Even if I do, I can't really blame you. Rather, in this way it is also possible to obtain a selvage paper that is compatible with both of the mounting methods described above (attachment of the electrical recording paper to the rotary press head).
