カーボルトを突出固定する場合、このボルトをネ

従来、アンカーボルト等の構造体への取付けは

リート打ちに際し発生し易く従つて上記ボルトの
抜脱も多いため、これを防止したアンカーボルト

このアンカー2の接着固定はつぎのようにして
行う。第1図に示すように構造体イのアンカー2
取付け個所にアンカーの管径より若干大径の保持
孔4を穿設する。つぎにこの保持孔4を清掃した
後、孔奥部に図示の如く固定部材5を嵌装する。
固定部材5は第4図に示すように周面をテーパー
状にした例えば截頭円錐形の硬質部材とし、その
大径円形面を保持孔4とほぼ同径とし、これを孔
奥部に向けて嵌装する。この固定部材5の嵌装は
これの小径部側をアンカー2のパイプ先端口に若
干押し入れて部材5をアンカー2にて保持し、こ
の状態で保持固定部材5が孔奥部に接当するまで
アンカー2を保持孔4に挿入する。アンカー2を
上記挿入状態にしてこれの後端を叩打する等して
打込む。この打込み作業によつてアンカー2はそ
の先端部がその管壁に形成した複数条の切込み細
長溝3又は切り目のところで拡開しながら固定部
材5のテーパー面にクサビ状に押込まれて強嵌
し、且つ打込みによる先端部の拡開片の先端が構
造体イ内に若干喰込む。これによりアンカー2は
固定部材5を介して構造体イに機械的に固定する
ので構造体に油等が付着しておつても強固な固定
となる。第1図はこのアンカー2の機械的固定状
態を示すもので、この状態でアンカー2の先端部
の切込み細溝3はその段部溝が固定部材5から外
れて保持孔4内で透孔3′となり、またその後端

給穴7bから引抜いたノズル8のあとにアンカー
ボルト1をアンカー2にネジ着して取付ける。即
ち、第3図の状態となり、接着固定したアンカー

と、アンカーを保持孔に挿入して固定部材を孔奥
部に接当させ、打込みによりアンカーの先端部を
固定部材に強嵌させ、後端部を保持孔から若干突
出させ、嵌装ゴムパツキングにより保持孔をシー
ルする第3工程と、ゴムパツキングの逆止弁付き
供給穴から接着剤を圧入してアンカーと保持孔と
の間にこれを充填する工程とよりなり、その番号
順に施工し先ず機械的固定を実施した後、この施
工により生じた空間を固めるべく、アンカーは包
囲する接着剤により構造体に接着固定され、且つ
この固定は低粘度樹脂よりなる接着剤の使用によ
り極めて強固であつてアンカーの構造体からの抜
脱は完全に防止されるばかりでなく構造体に存在
する巣を始めこの施工により生じた弱体化の補強

込みによりアンカーの先端部を固定部材に強嵌さ
せ、後端部を保持孔から若干突出させ、嵌装ゴム
パツキングにより保持孔をシールする第3工程
と、ゴムパツキングの逆止弁付き供給穴から接着
剤を圧入してアンカーと保持孔との間にこれを充
填する第4工程とをその番号順に施工し先ず機械
的固定を実施した後、この施工で生じた空間を接
着剤で充填固着することを特徴とする構造体のア
