[Detailed Description of the Invention] Traditionally, roofs in Japanese architectural style have been built with a certain slope, but in recent years this slope has gradually become gentler due to the reduction in construction materials, labor saving, and other construction reasons. It's here. Due to this tendency, it becomes easier for rainwater to enter through the overlapping parts of the base tiles during wind and rain, and the corrosion of the lumber in the surrounding area is extremely short-lived. Particularly in areas where typhoons pass through and areas along the coast, rainwater infiltration is severe, and salt damage is added to the problem.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides continuous outer protrusions and upper protrusions on the tile surface along the side edge of the tile main body insertion side and the upper edge above the water, and vertical protrusions are provided on the inside of the outer protrusions. A vertical gap is formed by forming a vertical gap, and a short horizontal ridge is provided at a corner on the insertion side of the above-water part from the upper end of the vertical ridge along the upper ridge. A diagonal protrusion is formed along a diagonal line extending from the upper protrusion toward the dripping part on the sleeve side, and a gap is formed between the upper protrusion and the lower end of the diagonal protrusion. It was devised for the purpose of damming up rainwater that entered through the gaps between roof tiles by horizontally placing protrusions at intervals, and also to quickly channel out the rainwater that entered the roof to the center of the roof tiles. .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. 1 is the tile body of the ground tile, 2 is the sleeve, 3 is the water surface, and 4 is the tile body of the ground tile.
C indicates the corner of the 3 parts above the water on the insertion side, and the tile main body 1 and sleeve 2 are in the shape of a square as shown in Fig. 2, and the tile main body on the ground tile surface is An external protrusion 7 is provided along the edge 5 of 1,
Furthermore, a vertical gap 8 is formed by extending a longitudinal protrusion 9 approximately parallel to the outer protrusion 7 inside the outer protrusion 7. 1
0 is a diagonal protrusion that extends toward the four drips on the sleeve 2 side at the corner C, and is diagonally arranged approximately in the diagonal line (X-Y) shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. The upper end of the vertical protrusion 9 is continuous with a short horizontal protrusion 11 provided along the upper protrusion 12. The upper protrusion 12 is provided along the upper edge of the water surface 3 and is continuous with the outer protrusion 7, and includes the horizontal protrusion 11 and the diagonal protrusion 1.
0, a gap 12' extending diagonally downward from the side is formed, and this gap 12' is continuous with the vertical gap 8. Reference numeral 13 denotes a chevron-shaped protrusion provided at the center of the water surface 3; 14 and 15 denote medium protrusions formed symmetrically on the left and right sides of the chevron-shaped protrusion 13; the medium protrusion 15 is spaced L from the lower end of the diagonal protrusion 10 It is placed horizontally with 16
is a notch provided in the drip 4 portion on the insertion side of the tile main body 1.

The inner side of the lower end of the outer protrusion 7 is a slope 6, and the lower edge 4' of the drip 4 and the sleeve 2 are rounded and chamfered. Therefore, since the surface of the tile is curved, if the diagonal protruding strip 10 is used on the roof, the surface of the tile is curved.
In order to have a certain slope with the corner C facing upward, the corner C is sloped both vertically and horizontally, and the maximum slope is the sum of the slopes, that is, the direction toward the 4 drips on the sleeve 2 side. When the ground tiles formed in this way are roofed, the state shown in Fig. 5 will be obtained, and each of the above-mentioned protrusions will be covered by the adjacent tile X and the tile Y, which will be overlapped on the upper side. Notch 1 of tile Y
6 and the side edge 2' of the sleeve 2 of the adjacent tile X, a gap 2'' is created.

So, if the wind and rain were to fall from the direction of arrow P,
The rainwater creeps up on the curved surface of the tile surface toward the adjacent sleeves 2 of X, and is once blocked by the side edges 2' of the sleeves 2, but due to the wind, the direction changes and this side edge 2 ′
It flows toward corner C along. In addition, rainwater also flows toward the corner C along the lower edge 4' of the drip 4 of the upper tile Y, and the rainwater collects at the corner C and flows into the gap between the overlapping parts. It has no choice but to infiltrate from the inside.

This infiltrated rainwater is first dammed up by the vertical ridges 9 and is then dammed by the horizontal ridges 11 to the vertical ridges 9 and diagonal ridges 10.
It turns from the vertical ridge 9 to the horizontal ridges 11 and 10 in a relatively wide space R formed inside the ridge, changes direction, and then is guided by the diagonal ridge 10 and moves along the diagonal line (X -Y) direction, the water will quickly flow down the steep slope.

In addition, rainwater that has passed over the vertical ridge 9 flows down inside the vertical gap 8 formed between the outer ridge 7 and is guided toward the center of the drip 4 by the slope 6 at the lower end. Rainwater that has passed near the protrusion 11 flows laterally within the gap 12' formed between the upper protrusion 12 and then flows diagonally downward along the diagonal protrusion 10, changing its direction diagonally (X-Y). It changes direction, rapidly flows down, and flows out from the distance L between the central protrusion 15.

Rainwater flowing in from the gap 2'' formed between the side edge 2' of the groove straddles the diagonal protrusion 10 and falls onto the corner C, but all of it is quickly led out as described above.

In summary, the present invention provides continuous outer protrusions and upper protrusions on the tile surface along the side edge on the side where the tile body is inserted and the upper edge above the water, and vertical protrusions are provided inside the outer protrusions. A vertical gap is formed by forming a vertical gap, and a short horizontal ridge is provided at the corner on the insertion side of the above-water part from the upper end of the vertical ridge along the upper ridge, and from this lateral ridge, a short horizontal ridge is provided on the sleeve side. A diagonal protrusion is formed along a diagonal line facing the water dripping part, and a gap is formed between the diagonal protrusion and the upper protrusion, and the gap extends diagonally downward from the side. Since the roof tiles are constructed with horizontally installed central ridges, the corners of the roof tiles are inclined both vertically and horizontally, and the surface of the tile in the direction of the diagonal ridges provided at the corners is vertically or horizontally. The inclination is larger than the other protrusions provided and is the largest, and the inner side formed by this diagonal protrusion, the above-mentioned vertical protrusions, and horizontal protrusions is a relatively wide space, and this space Rainwater that has entered the interior along the vertical ridges turns along the horizontal ridges and diagonal ridges, changes direction, and is subsequently guided by the diagonal ridges to the surface of the tile that slopes to the maximum in the diagonal direction. Therefore, the rainwater that has entered the space can flow down quickly, and the rainwater that has entered the space does not concentrate and swell up unlike when the horizontal ridges are not interposed between the vertical ridges and the diagonal ridges. As it turns in the space along the horizontal ridges and diagonal ridges, it is guided by the diagonal ridges and quickly flows down the tile surface, so rainwater does not accumulate in the space and the horizontal ridges The amount of rainwater that crosses over the area of the ridges decreases, but some of the rainwater that crosses over can be turned diagonally along the diagonal ridges within the gap and quickly flow out.

As a result, the horizontal protrusions and diagonal protrusions at the insertion side corners of the above-water part enhance the damming effect of infiltrating rainwater, and the gaps formed between these protrusions and the upper protrusions Rainwater that has passed around the ridges can be quickly directed to the center of the tile, and the drawbacks of the conventional method described at the beginning of this section have been solved.
