Traditionally higher quality printed veneers are typically 25
After printing a pattern on thin paper of around g/m 2 to make a pattern sheet, it is pasted onto a substrate such as plywood or hardboard, and a thick layer of surface resin paint (100 to 200 g/m 2 ) is applied to the surface. However, it is not only economically uneconomical due to the large amount of resin paint used on the surface.
The pattern sheet was only coated with resin paint on its surface, but the most important part, the pattern sheet itself, was hardly impregnated, the interlayer adhesion was weak, and furthermore, the impregnation was inhibited by the pattern printing ink.

The features of this invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 4. In other words, this invention applies to the substrate...
``In a method for manufacturing a decorative board in which a pattern sheet is adhered to a substrate via an adhesive layer and a surface resin paint is further applied on the pattern sheet, at least the adhesive layer is applied to the surface of the pattern sheet. A small hole is provided with a depth reaching up to 100 mm and a diameter sufficient for the surface resin paint to penetrate, and the surface resin paint penetrates at least as far as the adhesive layer through the small hole, as shown in FIG. 1, for example. A pattern is printed on a pattern base paper 1 made of thin paper of 20 to 50 g/m 2 using printing ink 2 to form a pattern sheet 3, and a large number of small holes in the shape of an inverted truncated cone are formed from the surface of the pattern sheet 3 using an onirol or the like. Then, a surface resin paint 5 selected from urethane, aminoalkyd, polyester, etc. is applied to the surface of the pattern sheet 3, and the pattern sheet 3 is bonded to the substrate 6 via an adhesive 7. In this case, the small holes 4 are It is preferable that the diameter of the front side be made into two parts, the diameter of the back side, so that the surface resin paint 5 can easily penetrate. The substrate 6 is made of plywood, hardboard, chipboard, asbestos slate, or other decorative board. Use general board material.

By using such a method, the surface resin paint 5 can be impregnated into the pattern sheet 3 from the side wall of the small hole 4 as shown in FIG. 2, increasing the interlayer adhesion with the pattern sheet 3, and the surface resin paint Even if the coating amount of No. 5 is reduced, sufficient strength can be obtained. Furthermore, the surface resin paint 5 that has reached the adhesive 7 through the small holes 4 acts to soften the adhesive 7 and re-adhere the partially bonded areas between the pattern sheet 3 and the substrate 6. This has the effect of increasing its adhesive strength.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when a thin film 14 with a thickness of 5 to 50 μm made of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic, etc. is used as a pattern sheet material, a pattern is printed on the surface with ink 15. At the same time as printing, a small truncated conical hole 16 is formed from the back side using an onirol, and it is attached to the substrate 18 via an adhesive 17 made of vinyl acetate, allyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate, etc., and the surface resin paint is applied in the same manner as described above. By applying and finishing 19, the same effect as described above can be obtained, and the appearance of the decorative board can be improved by effectively removing air bubbles and wrinkles that occur between the substrate 18 and the film 14. . That is, when such a thin film 14 is used as a pattern sheet, the film 14 is weak and cannot be embossed. However, by using this method, air can be easily removed from the truncated conical small holes 16, and as a result, air bubbles and wrinkles are easily generated on the surface of the decorative board. Therefore, it is possible to create a decorative board with an excellent appearance.

As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention involves applying a resin to the surface of a patterned sheet having small holes that is adhered to a substrate, and permeating the resin through the small holes to at least the adhesive layer between the substrate and the pattern sheet. Therefore, it is possible to maintain its strength even if the amount of resin coating on the surface is reduced, and it has the effect of being excellent in economical efficiency.
