Since the liquid is spread on the water surface, there is a risk that swelling may proceed too much prior to transfer, or that transfer may be inhibited by ripples on the water surface.
本発明は上述問題を解消し得る曲面印刷装置を
提供するものである。 The present invention provides a curved surface printing device that can solve the above-mentioned problems.

However, in some cases, a printed surface that has been previously printed and is in a dry state may be melted and formed in a transferable manner in an activation chamber (not shown) by, for example, spraying a solvent mist.

5とによつて洗浄除去される。 When the printing material 5 is relatively pressed against the belt 211, it is press-fitted into the belt 211 as shown in FIG. At this time, the belt 211 is impregnated with water, so
Even if a gap S is generated between the temporary belt 211 and the curved surface 51, this gap S is filled with water W pushed out from the belt 211 and applies back pressure to the film 1, so that the film 1 is brought into close contact with the curved surface 51. I can do it. When the printing material 5 is separated from the belt 211, the pattern 3 is transferred to the curved surface 51 and the film 1 is attached to the curved surface 51 and the belt 211, so the attached film is removed from the printing material 5 by a separate means. The belt 211 resumes running and supplies the new pattern 3 to the printing position P. Therefore, as the belt 211 continues to run, the residue of the film 1 is removed by the shower 214 and the doctor 21 as cleaning means.
It is washed and removed by 5.

であると云う効果もある。 Since the swellable film 1 is placed on the water-containing belt 211 and transported, it is possible to prevent the film 1 from stretching before the transfer, thereby enabling accurate transfer, as well as regulating the position of the film 1. In addition, since the belt 211 is impregnated with water and absorbs and transfers the film 1, and also serves as a cushion during transfer, the transfer is easy and reliable.
従つて本発明装置は今後益々需要増大する此種
印刷に利用して効果の大きいものである。 Therefore, the apparatus of the present invention can be used with great effect for this type of printing, the demand of which will continue to increase in the future.
