付いた線状部品を解しながらパーツフイーダーの
ボウル内に供給せしめる様にしたパーツフイーダ
ーへの線状部品解し供給装置に関するものであ
る。

の仕上げ工程へ搬送するに当りパーツフイーダー
にて整列せしめて順次搬送せしめているのである
が、パーツフイーダーのボウル内に供給する前の
段階においてこれらの部品は相互に絡み合つた束
の状態で送られて来るため、これをそのままの状
態でパーツフイーダーのボウル内へ供給しても各
部品は解れることなく束の状態を維持しているた
めパーツフイーダーで整列搬送することが出来な
かつた。そこで従来は人手により絡み合つた部品
を解しながらパーツフイーダーのボウル内に少量
ずつ供給せしめていたので非能率的であると共に
コストアツプを余儀なくされていた。

に該案内体を移送機構により前進移送せしめて部
品を落下部へ順次一体的に移送せしめ、又受板の
先端部にバイブレーターにより振動が付与される
振動板を連設して部品を振動により解しながら落
下せしめ、更に落下位置の下方には周面に針を放
射状に植設し低速回転制御されるローラーを設け
て解し作用を完全ならしめる様にした装置を提供
して上記欠点を解消せんとしたものにして、以下
本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明すると、 1は本発明に係るパーツフイーダーへの線状部
品解し供給装置の本体であり、上下面が開口した
枠形のフレーム2の側板3,3′の後部間に供給

出する検出スイツチの信号によりモーター28及
びバイブレーター20が作動すると、案内体7は
移送機構11のチエーン16,16′に連動して
ゆつくり前進して案内針10,10′……により
部品4,4′……を一体的に前進移送させ、順次
進行して部品4,4′……が振動板19上に至る
と、バイブレーター20による振動作用によつて
相互に絡み合つた部品4,4′……はここである
程度解されながら順次振動板19の端部より落下
する。そして更に落下部21の下方に設けたロー
ラー23上に推積して保持針24,24′……に
より係止保持され、低速回転制御されるローラー
23の回転に伴つて保持針24,24′……の隙
間から順次少量ずつ擦り抜けてパーツフイーダー
38のボウル39内に解されて落下供給されるの
である。
