Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は予め塗布または厚さのある板状に形
成された感光性を有する感光版と写真原版とを重
合密着して露光焼付を行うようにした製版用露光
焼付装置に関するものである。従来この種のもの
に於ては一般に第1図に示す如く蝶番により連結
された上下2つの枠体a,bからなるものであ
り、その下方の平面保持枠体bには周囲にパツキ
ング部分を設けたゴムシートを取付け、また上方
の枠体aには透明のガラスまたはプラスチツク性
シートを取付け、ゴムシート上に写真原版及び感
光版を載置せしめて上枠を降下させ下枠と止金具
で結合した後、ゴムシートのパツキング内に設け
た吸込口からホースを介して真空ポンプpで空気
を吸込することにより前記写真原版と感光版とを
密着し所定時間に露光終了後、真空を解除して上
枠を取除き写真原版と感光版を取出すものであ
り、以下上記の操作を間歇的に行うようにしたも
のが従来一般に存する露光焼付機であるは既知の
通りである。然し乍ら、この種焼付機に於ては前
述したように写真原版と感光板の密着に当り真空
ポンプ等による真空作用を利用するためにその作
業操作に時間及び手数を要すると共に、製版作業
を連続且つ自動的に行うことができず、従つて作

のであり、その目的とするところは従来の如く真
空ポンプ等による真空機構を作用することなく写
真原版と感光版を確実且つ迅速に密着なさしめる
と共に、製版作業が連続且つ自動的になし得る能
率の高い製版用露光焼付装置を提供するにある。
以下本発明の詳細を第2図に示す原理的線図に就
いて説明する。図に於いて1は所要曲線の曲面部
11を具有する彎曲台板、2は該彎曲台板の一端
に設置した搬入案内ローラー機構であり、これは
対峙して設けた押え付けローラー21及びガイド
ローラー22より構成されている。3は彎曲台板
の他端に設置した搬出案内ローラー機構であり、
引張りローラー31及び該ローラーと対峙して設
けた回転駆動主軸ローラー32からなるものであ
つて、4はベルト5を介して前記回転駆動主軸ロ
ーラー32に動力を伝達せる回転駆動モータであ
る。6は前記搬入、搬出案内ローラー機構に対し
その頂点位置において設置したフリーの補助ガイ
ドローラー、7は該補助ローラー及び搬入、搬出
案内ローラー機構を介して彎曲台板に掛渡したベ
ルトコンベヤーであり、該ベルトはガイドローラ
ー22及び回転駆動主軸ローラー32、補助ガイ
ドローラー6により緊張状態を維持しながら彎曲
台板1にそつて走行するものである。8は彎曲台
板の近傍に設置したシート供給ローラーであり、
該ローラーには透明の帯性シート9が捲装されて
いる。該帯性シート9は押え付けローラー21と
ガイドローラー22間を通過して彎曲台板1の曲
面上を通りそして引張りローラー31と回転駆動
主軸ローラー32間を通過し、彎曲台板の他端側
に設置されているシート巻取ローラー10に回収
されると共に、彎曲台板1上に走行に当たりては
当該台板上を滑動する前記ベルトコンベヤー7と
共に連動するようにしたものである。尚、搬入案
内ローラー機構における押え付けローラー21に
は所要の手段により抵抗を付与して半ブレーキ状
態、即ち該ローラーと相対するガイドローラー2
2よりもその回転をやや遅らせるように低抗をも
たせたものであり、一方又、搬出案内ローラー機
構における各ローラー31,32は同回転で回転
するように構成したものである。而してこれらの
ことにより帯性シート9は引張りローラー31と
押え付けローラー21の間に極度の緊張を生じ前
記ベルトコンベヤー7と一体となつて密着状態を
持続して彎曲台板1の曲面上を走行するものであ
る。41はベルト51を介してシート巻取ローラ
ー10に動力を伝達する回転駆動モータ、12は
彎曲台板1の上部において所要数配設した焼付光
源、13は感光性を有する感光板、14は写真原

きる等、製版作業を連続且つ自動的に行うことが

りローラーの作動により所要の緊張を生じせしめ
