用したものは本出願人によつてすでに提案されて
いることである。しかしながら、かかる精米機で
は、品種や生産地など多種多様の玄米は、精米機
駆動用モーターへの負荷も多様になり、含水率が
異常に高い玄米など精米機駆動用モーターにとつ
て負荷条件の悪い玄米を精米する場合、高い白度
を得るように調整しておくと、つまり精米排出口
に加える圧力を大きくしておくと、精米機駆動用
モーターに過剰な負荷がかかり、精米機駆動用モ
ーターがロツクしてしまつて精米効率が著しく低
下したり、そのまま知らずにいると火災などの災
害を引きおこす。そして反対に上記モーターロツ
クの対策として負荷に耐えうるモーターを使用す
ると、相当大きな出力のモーターを使用しなけれ
ばならなくなり、実用性が低下する。

米度調整装置としてソレノイドを利用した精米機

精米機は、玄米取入口11から供給された玄米が
精米スクリユー軸12により、精米が行なわれる
精米スクリーン10と精米軸13で構成される精
米部に送られ、精米部先端に位置する精米排出口
9には精米部に送られた玄米に圧力を加え白度を
調整するためのソレノイド6とプランジヤー7と
加圧板8で構成される精米度調整装置が設けら
れ、このような精米調整装置により望みの白度の
精米を電気的に制御できる仕組みになつている。
さらに本発明では、上記のように精米の白度を調
整する精米度調整装置としてソレノイドを利用し
た精米機に、第3図に示す本発明原理回路図のご
とく、精米機駆動用モーター1の入力側に電流の
大小によつて応動するスイツチング手段としての
電流モードリレー4を設けてある。例えば、電流
モードリレー4は所定の電流が電流モードリレー
に流れる(以下、この所定の電流をオン電流とい
う。)と、巻線中の鉄心が磁化され、接点板を引
き付け該接点を開状態にし、また、所定の電流以
下しか巻線に流れない(以下、この所定の電流を
オフ電流という。)場合は接点がもとの閉状態に
なるものである。ここで、精米機駆動用モーター
1が過負荷入力電流未満の適切なオフ電流とオン
電流値で設計された電流モードリレー4の接点を
ソレノイド6とソレノイド用電源5の間に入れて
おけば、前述のような精米機駆動用モーター1に
とつて負荷条件の悪い玄米を精米すると、精米機
駆動用モーター1にかかる負荷が大きくなり、負
荷入力電流が増しオフ電流に達すると、ソレノイ
ド6とソレノイド用電源5の間に入れた電流モー
