Ventilation fans, especially those installed and used in kitchens, have traditionally had ventilation blades rotated by a motor that remove oil stains from cooking and dust contained in the air, especially smoke. There was a problem of contamination with so-called oil dust, which caused a great deal of trouble in cleaning. Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to cover the surface of the ventilation blade with a removable film, for example, painted with a synthetic resin liquid. According to this method, the surface of the ventilation blade becomes dirty just by staining the film. However, since the dirt can be easily removed by peeling off the coating from the surface of the blade, the effort of cleaning can be saved and it should be very convenient. When peeling off, it is not possible to do this effectively, which confuses the user, which makes the work difficult, and also causes problems in that stains cannot be removed neatly. In particular, the ventilation blades of ventilation fans for kitchens, etc. generally have a complex shape with a plurality of fan blades, for example, three to six, protruding around the fan boss, and because of their complexity, the coating is difficult to coat. It was also difficult to peel off.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. First, in FIG.
2 is an outer frame, and 2 is a motor mounting leg installed inside the outer frame 1, and a motor 3 is attached to this mounting leg 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes the rotating shaft of the motor 3. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pin 5 is inserted in the radial direction at a midway point near the tip of the motor 3 to protrude, and a male thread is attached to the tip. 6 is engraved. On the other hand, 7 is a ventilation blade, which also has a shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in detail, and is made up of, for example, four fan blades 9 protruding around a fan boss 8. A shaft tube 11 is provided protruding from the center of the shaft tube 8 along with a hole 10, and a semicircular recess 1 is provided at the back end of the shaft tube 11.
2 is formed. Reference numeral 13 denotes a linear portion formed on the surface of the ventilation vane 7 at a position between each fan blade 9 on the outer surface of the fan boss 8, extending mainly in the front and rear axial direction, and 14 represents a line extending from the fan boss 8 to each fan blade. 9 is a filament portion extending mainly in the radial direction on the front surface of each fan blade 9, and filament portion 15 is a filament portion formed on the front outer periphery of each fan blade 9 to extend in the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 4, taking the portion 14 as an example, the protrusion 1
6, it is formed into a sharp point with a sharp apex. On the other hand, 17 is a coating that covers most of the surface of the ventilation vane 7, more specifically, the center of the front surface of the fan boss 8 and most of the remaining surface except for the inner surface of the fan boss 8. It is diluted to an appropriate concentration by a suitable coating method such as spraying or dipping, and then applied to the surface of the ventilation blade 7 in a removable manner. As a result, the coating 17 is stretched over the surface of the ventilation blade 7 without loosening and has a substantially uniform thickness over the entire surface. 15, these linear portions 13,
14 and 15, the wall thickness of each part is thinned from the back side as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 17a in FIGS. 2 and 3 designate tabs extending from the inner peripheral edge of the coating 17 in alignment with the striated portions 14, respectively. In addition, 18 is a spinner, which has a diameter larger than the inner peripheral edge of the coating 17, and has a nut portion 20 protruding from the inside approximately in the center thereof and having a female screw portion 19 on the inner periphery. Therefore, first, the shaft tube 11 and hole 10 of the ventilation blade 7 are fitted to the rotation shaft 4 of the motor 3 up to the middle part of the rotation shaft 4, so that the recess 12 is engaged with the pin 5, and then the ventilation The nut portion 20 of the spinner 18 is screwed onto the male screw portion 6 protruding from the blade 7, and the female screw portion 19 thereof is screwed and tightened, thereby attaching the ventilation blade 7 to the rotating shaft 4 of the motor 3. At the same time, the knob 17a is hidden by the spinner 18 (see FIG. 2).
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 21 denotes a decorative frame detachably attached to the front surface of the outer frame 1 so as to surround the ventilation blades 7.

Next, to describe the operation, in the above configuration, if the motor 3 is energized and started, the ventilation blades 7
is rotated and the decorative frame 21 is opened from the front indoor side.
Ventilation is performed by forcing air through the outer frame 1 to the rear outdoor side, and as a result, oil dust and the like adhere to the coating 17 instead of the surface of the ventilation blades 7. Therefore, in order to remove the adhered dirt such as oil dust, in the case of this embodiment, first remove the spinner 18 and remove the ventilation blade 7 from the rotating shaft 4 of the motor 3. Hold one side of the knob 17a that appears and pull it toward you. Then, at this time, the coating 17
As described above, the portions corresponding to the linear portions 13, 14, and 15 formed by the protrusion 16 are uniformly thinned in a drawn shape and form separable thin lines, as described above. If you pull it like this, the coating 17
is sequentially separated along the thin line formed by the filament portion 14, then along the thin line formed by the filament portion 13, and is peeled off from the fan boss 8 to the fan blade 9, and finally the filament portion 15, and the coating 17 is cut off in the same way from each other of the knob pieces 17a.
The coating 17 is then peeled off while being separated, and further proceeds backward from the thin line formed by the striated portion 15 or forward from the trailing edge portion to form the coating 17 along the thin line formed by the striated portion 13.
Peel off while cutting off all remaining parts. In this way, all of the coating 17 can be peeled off from the surface of the ventilation blade 7 in a very skillful and easy manner, and therefore, the adhered dirt such as oil dust can be removed very efficiently and neatly. The surface of the ventilation blade 7 from which dirt has been removed by peeling off the film 17 is coated again with the film 17 in the same manner as described above, and then the ventilation blade 7 is put back on for reuse.

Here, FIG. 5 shows a different embodiment of the present invention, in which a filament portion 22 corresponding to the filament portion 14 and a filament portion 23 corresponding to the filament portion 15 are In addition to portions 14 and 15, or the striated portion 1
4 and 15 are formed on the rear side of the ventilation vane 7, respectively. In particular, in this case, when the striated portions 22 and 23 are formed in addition to the striated portions 14 and 15, the coating is 17 can be removed more easily by including the back side of the ventilation blade 7, and the striped portion 14,
15 has the advantage of improving the appearance from the front. Furthermore, in the figure, reference numeral 24 denotes two cut grooves extending forward at four locations on the rear edge of the fan boss 8 with a width sufficient to stretch the coating 17 without loosening.
If the area between 4 and 24 is pressed with a fingertip from the inside as shown by the arrow in FIG. The coating 17 can be more easily peeled off from the rear by holding the portion.

As explained above, the present invention provides a ventilation fan in which the surface of the ventilation blade for forced ventilation between indoors and outdoors is covered with a removable coating, in which the coating is applied to the surface of the ventilation blade from the back side. It is characterized by the formation of a striated portion made of protrusions that become thinner in the form of a strip, which allows the coating to be removed one after another and to be removed very skillfully and easily, thereby removing oil dust, etc. It is possible to provide a ventilation fan that exhibits an excellent effect in that dirt can be efficiently and neatly removed from the surface of the ventilation blades.
