本発明は交流バイアス方式のテープレコーダに
関し、その目的とするところは記録信号を記録す
る際の周波数特性を改善しようとすることにあ

出力が小さくなり記録周波数特性が高域まで伸び

幅を大きくするようにし、全体として記録周波数
特性を低域から高域まで良好ならしめるようにし
たものであり、以下にその一実施例について図面

発振出力がそれぞれ供給されているので、上記ミ
キシング回路6,7では帯域分割された各記録信
号に対して該帯域に最適な振幅のバイアス発振出
力がミキシングされ、その出力a,bは第2図
a,bの如き波形になる。これら2つの波形の信
号をアナログスイツチ8を用いて時分割で記録ヘ
ツド9に供給し、該ヘツド9より磁気テープ10
に記録するのであるが、この場合、アナログスイ
ツチ8はバイアス発振器11の出力を波形整形回
路14で整形した信号(波形整形回路14の出力
cの波形を第2図cに示す)でコントロールされ
ており、アナログスイツチ8のスイツチング周波
数とバイアス発振周波数との間でビートが生じる
ことはない。これは上記スイツチング周波数をバ
イアス発振周波数の整数倍にしておいても同様

ス発振出力を半固定抵抗器12で小さな振幅に
し、もつて低域での出力増大と歪の低下、高域で
の出力増大が図られる。したがつて従来の単一バ
イアス方式が低域、高域双方の最適バイアス条件
の妥協点でバイアス設定を行なつていたのに対
し、本実施例では各帯域に適のバイアスを設定す
ることができるため記録特性が大きく向上される
ものである。なおいうまでもないが上記実施例で
ローパスフイルター2、バイパスフイルター3の
出力を混合すると元の入力信号が得られるように
各フイルターは中域の信号をカバーするようにな
