ラウン管1のパネル外周面には図示しない両面接
着テープまたは熱硬化性樹脂などからなる接着材
が被着され、この被着面上に金属板からなるリム
バンド構体2が巻設されている。そして、このリ
ムバンド構体2の角部には、テレビキヤビネツト
に固定させるセツト取付ラグ3を溶接などにより
固定してセツト取付ラグ3の外面を含むリムバン
ド構体2の外周面側に帯鋼4を巻設し、所定の強
大な力で締付けた後、この両端部を溶接またはカ

下図面を用いて本発明による防爆形ブラウン管の

明は省略する。同図において、ブラウン管1のパ
ネルの4隅には、第4図に示したように帯鋼4が
当接するほぼ中央部分に測定用の凹溝部6aを有
するセツト取付ラグ6を配設し、このセツト取付
ラグ6の外面を含むパネルの外周面側に帯鋼4を
巻設し、所定の張力により引張つて帯鋼4の両端
をクランプシール5で固定する。しかるのち、エ
アーシリンダ7に圧縮ロードセル8を介して取付
けた金属性の挿入棒9をセツト取付ラグ6の凹溝
部6aと締付けた帯鋼4との隙間にエアシリンダ
7を用いて挿入する。この場合、第4図にブラウ
ン管角部の断面図で示したように取付ラグ6の凹
溝部6aと帯鋼4とによつて形成される隙間は、
曲面を有する隙間となつており、この曲面を有す
る隙間に断面がカマボコ状を挿入棒9を挿入し、
その挿入力(圧縮力)が直接的に挿入棒9に加わ
る構造となつている。そして、この圧縮力を圧縮
ロードセル8で検出し、その出力を増幅器10に
入力させて増幅し、その出力によりメータ11を
アナログ表示またはデジタル表示させることによ
つて帯鋼4の張力を瞬時に測定してその換算値を
直接的に読み取りできるようにしたものである。
この場合、これらの一連の動作は、全て帯鋼4の

時に高精度で直接的に測定ができるため、ブラウ
ン管の補強工程の品質管理を自動的に行なうこと
