の不便な点が多かつた。 Conventionally, most of the wiring work for power and signal lines in buildings and buildings with steel structures, such as offices, has been done using piping and floor ducts. When constructing concrete floors in buildings, offices, etc., this was done by burying wiring pipes in advance and then performing concrete work, or by preparing ducts for wiring in advance before concrete work was done. . Therefore, after the concrete work is finished with flooring materials such as P tiles, it is impossible to change the wiring route, and there are inconveniences such as the inability to freely select the position where the wiring is drawn out. It was a lot.

したことを特徴とするものである。 In order to achieve this objective, the wiring method for flooring with built-in conductors according to the present invention uses a plurality of metal conductor plates arranged at predetermined intervals, and the flooring with built-in conductors for wiring is used as a regular flooring material (such as P tile). Similarly, an outlet unit is installed at a desired position on the floor material with a built-in conductor for wiring, and the outlet unit has a probe, and the probe consists of an insulating part and a conductor contact part, both of which are connected with screws. The probe is configured to be able to adjust its length, and by electrically connecting the probe to a desired metal conductor plate built in the floor material with built-in conductors for wiring, the metal conductor plate is connected to electricity such as power supply, signal, etc. When the probe is not used, the conductor contact portion is left as is and the surface of the floor is finished.

In the figure, the marker plate 11 is made of a vinyl finishing material, and the ground plate 12 is made of a metal plate or foil, which provides mechanical strength and has a shielding effect. Conductors and insulators are stored inside. The side plate 13 is made of vinyl finishing material. Furthermore, the insulating plates 14, 16, and 18 are made of vinyl-based materials, and the conductors 15 and 17 are made of JIS C3102-based materials. They are arranged at predetermined intervals. The finishing plate 19 is made of vinyl finishing material. conductors 15 and 1
For example, 7 is used as one conductor plate on the power neutral wire side (ground side) and the other one as the power phase side (power side), but when used as a communication line, two sheets are used as a set. use.

This metal conductor plate is used as an electrical conductor to make electrical connections for power supply, communication, etc. with each device.
This eliminates the need to replace the flooring with built-in wiring conductors no matter what type of communication signal equipment is added.
It should be possible to cover it with one sheet of flooring material.

3, has a marker 24 and a waterproof cover 25, and the base part 22 has a base 26 and a probe 2.
7. In the example in Figure 3, base 2
By attaching four probes 27 to the 6 at predetermined pitches corresponding to the spacing of the conductors in the flooring, two of each are electrically connected to the conductors in the flooring, and electricity such as power supply and signals is detected. connection can be made. Therefore, the distance and length of the probe to the conductor are adjusted in advance in order to make an electrical connection.
