Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は軸筒と繊維束を押出成形により同時加
工して安価迅速に得られるサインペンにおいて、
軸筒先端の絞り加工を容易にして細書等のペン芯
の挿入を可能ならしめ、しかもインクの流通を円
滑にするようにしたサインペンの製造方法に関す

押出成形によつて軸筒とその内側に繊維束が一
体状に成形されるサインペンにおいては、軸筒の

を絞り加工すると空気溝が閉塞されてしまうた
め、絞り加工をしないで第1図示のように軸筒a
の先端部を削つて内部の繊維束bを露出し、該繊
維束先端を硬化せしめたのち削成して直接ペン先
cとする方法がとられている。しかし乍らこの方
法によると、繊維束bの径が大きいので太書用ペ
ンを形成することは出来ても中太や細書用ペンを

方向に沿つて凹設した合成樹脂製軸筒1及び該軸
筒に内装された合成繊維束3を押出成形により同
時形成し、且つ繊維束3を含む軸筒1を所要長さ
に切断すると共に軸筒の後端を電熱により閉塞成
形する。次いで軸筒の先端開放部よりドライバー
状の捻回具4を繊維束3内に挿入し、右又は左方
向へ回動する。捻回された繊維束3は長手方向に
収縮するので軸筒の先端部内面には空部5が形成

加工が可能となり、したがつて細書等のペン芯を
取付けられ、しかも捻回された繊維束3は外径が
小となるので軸筒1内面の空気溝2を閉塞するこ
とがなく、したがつて空気の流通も頗る良好でイ
