本発明は、水系付着動物防除剤に関する。 更に詳しくは、本発明は水系付着動物が水接触
面に付着生育するのを有効に防止すのための、付
着動物にとつて有毒な薬剤に関する。水及び海棲
生物の船舶及びその他の水と接触する物体への付
着生育による汚れは、それら物体の維持、管理並
びに効率的利用の上での重大な障害としてよく知
られている。このような汚れは船舶の推進効率に
悪影響を及ぼし船舶の部分品、ブイ、測深装置、
その他水中で作業する機械の機械的稼動を阻害す
る。また漁網特に養殖用の網や定置網、養殖かご
及びその他の水中に敷設若しくは構築される物体
の耐久性を低下させる。水産養殖の分野ではこの
ような汚れは水の流通を阻害し魚類の生存を害す
る場合もある。更に水を利用する工業にあつて
も、水接触面での汚損生物の付着による汚れは重
大な問題となつている。 本発明者等は今般、上記一般式()で表わさ
れる化合物が水系付着動物の防除剤として有効で
あることを知つた。 一般式()で表わされる化合物の代表例を示
せば次のようである。

る組成物とした形で使用に供される。本発明に於
いて、そのような組成物は、典型例としては、塗
料の如く、保護すべき物体に毒物を固定保持させ
るに適した性状を有する組成物及び溶液、乳剤の
如く、保護すべき物体に接する水に毒物を含ませ
るに適した性状を有する組成物である。組成物を
処理する方法は常法に従えばよく、塗装、塗布、
浸漬、溶解、ねりこみ等、最も効果的な方法に従
つて処理する。 ここに展色剤としては、アマニ油、大豆油、桐
油、麻実油等の油性系;ポリ塩化ビニル、塩素化
ポリエチレン、アルキツド、アクリル、ウレタ
ン、ポリエステル等の合成樹脂系;塩化ゴム、合
成ゴム等のゴム誘導体;その他ロジン、ピツチ、
タール、コーパル等が挙げられる。この場合、塗
料の塗りを易くするために溶剤または稀釈剤を配
合することは勿論よく、また必要に応じて乾燥剤
等も用いることができる。溶剤または稀釈剤とし
ては塗膜要素の種類によつて異なるが、アルコー
ル類、脂肪族若しくは芳香族炭化水素、ケトン
類、エステル類、エーテル類等挙げられる。着色
塗料とする場合には適宜の顔料を配合すればよ
い。この際タルク、クレー、硅石、含水硅酸塩等
無機物を配合するのもよい。また、溶剤、界面活
性剤を用いて、乳剤、溶液とすることもできる。
尚、組成に当つて、汚損生物の防除に有効で且つ
本発明組成物の有効性を著しく阻害しない他の薬
剤を配合して使用することは勿論よい。この目的
のために使用され得る薬剤としては例えば次のよ
うなものがある:高級アルキル−ジメチル(また
はジエチル)−ベンジルアンモニウムクロライ
ド、1・2−ベンズイソチアゾリン−3−オン、
5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−
3−オン、ダイホルタン、キヤプタン、フアルタ
ン、トリフエニル錫化合物。 本発明組成物は例えばフジツボ、コケムシ、セ
ルブラ、カキ、ヒドロムシ、軟体動物等の水中汚
損生物を極めて効果的に防除することができるの
で、漁網、漁網養殖かご、クイ、船底、水中で作
業する機械若しくはその要素、水路、水中に敷設
若しくは構築される物体の水接触面の保護のため
に有用である。 次に本発明の実施例の若干を示すが本発明がこ
れらのみに限定されるものではない。尚処方例中
