出すことも出来る。勿論、木の根等の突出障害物
の切断も可能である。従つて、今迄パツキングの
離脱が要因で流下する下水の流下能力低下及び管
路の閉塞事故を一掃し得るものであり、延いては
下水処理場へのオーバーワーク、処理費用の削減
