ねじ径が小さくなる程その影響が大きく、ねじ径
10mmでロングリーチプラグについては従来のねじ
を設けた場合には前記性能を満足することは一層
困難である。

6に対する取付ねじを具えた胴部8が段座状のフ
ラツトシート9を介して連成され、公知の仕様に
よつて主体金具1の内腔に中心電極2を保持する
磁器絶縁体が封着固定されている。4は主体金具
1の端面に溶接された接地電極、5はシリンダー
ヘツド6の上面とフラツトシート9の間に介設さ
れ一般に使用されている板材を曲成したシール用
のガスケツトである。

かに小さい径c(径差で約0.05〜0.5mm程度)に
形成されて予め凹部にガスケツトが定着されてい
る。即ち、第3図に示すようにガスケツト5は、
主体金具1の先端部より挿入してねじ無し部1b
を通つて凹部1dに嵌合すると共に、ガスケツト
を押圧(仮圧縮)してガスケツト5の内径曲折部
5aを内方に突出させて凹部1dの座面1eに係
合止着させる。また、ガスケツトの脱落防止手段
としては第4図に示すように、ガスケツト15を
同様に挿入すると共にそのガスケツトの上方傾斜
内端15aを押圧時に内方に突出し、主体金具1
の凹部1dに止着する方法によつても達成するこ
とができる。なお本発明に用いるガスケツトの構
造は実施例だけに限定されるものではなく、ガス
ケツトには脱防効果を向上するために押圧を兼ね
て内方に公知の爪出し突起を形成することも可能
であり、要はガスケツトが予め主体金具1の凹部
1dに脱落しないように定着されるものであれば
よい。

したことによつてプラグの着脱が容易となるだけ
でなく、ガスケツトの脱防効果を有することから
プラグの数回の着脱に対してもガスケツトが脱落
することなく気密を保持することができる。特に
