Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は主として目透張りに供する天井板の新
規な製造方法に関するものであつて、紙・布等基
材の表面に発泡剤入り樹脂を被覆しこの発泡剤入
り樹脂を加熱によりゲル化し且つ冷却装置により
冷却したのち当該発泡剤入り樹脂の表面に発泡剤
用抑制剤を含む非角化層印刷用淡色インクと含ま
ない角化印刷用濃色インクとを以て木目印刷を施
し、次いで加熱炉内を通過させて上記の樹脂中に
含む発泡剤を、濃色インクによる印刷個所に於て
分解させたのち冷却させることによつて天然木板
調の立体木目シートを製し、またこれとは別個に
合板等基板に裏棧を固定するかまたは石膏ボード
を所要形状に切断するかして天井板本体を構成
し、この天井板本体の表面に上記の木目シートを
接着剤を以て貼着すると共に当該木目シートの周
縁を折り曲げて天井板本体の木端に貼止すること

つたものを再び繰り出して発泡剤入りポリ塩化ビ
ニール樹脂2の表面に発泡剤用抑制剤を含む非角
化層印刷用淡茶色インク6と含まない角化層印刷
用濃茶色インク7と含まない中間角化層印刷用中
間茶色インク8とを用い印刷機6′,7′,8′を
以て木目印刷を施したのちインク6,7,8を乾
燥しこれをロール状に巻き取り、更に当該巻き取
つたものを更び繰り出し150℃〜250℃の加熱炉9
内を通過させて上記の樹脂2中に含む発泡剤を、
濃茶色インク7および中間色インク8による印刷
個所に於て分解させたのち冷風装置10により冷
却させることによつて角化層部および中間角化層
部で凸隆した木目シート11を構成し、これをロ

より得た天井板は木目部(角化層部)が凸隆して
いるので、木目を印刷した紙を天井板本体の表面
に貼合した従来のこの種天井板に比して木質に顕
著な自然性があつて商品価値が高く、また発泡層
による断熱および消音の効果があり天井板として

これとは別個に合板等基板に裏棧を固定するかま

板本体を構成し、この天井板本体の表面に上記の
木目シートを接着剤を以て貼着すると共に当該木
目シートの周縁を折り曲げて天井板本体の木端に
貼止することを特徴とする天井板の製造方法。1.
