端子を固着しなければならない欠点があつた。 This type of conventional terminal connecting device supports screws for fixing terminals and constantly presses a movable member slidably across the terminal board outwardly by a helical spring. Because of this structure, the spring chamber that accommodates the helical spring has the disadvantage of being large, and since the helical spring is constantly pressing against the movable member, the restoring force of the spring is reduced when screwing the screw into the female thread of the terminal board. The disadvantage was that the terminal had to be fixed while pressing the screw against the pressure.

A left end wall 4 and a right end wall 5 provided at both ends, a rail mounting portion 6 provided below the partition portion 2, and a convex portion 7 for fitting with another adjacent terminal connecting device and a recess on its back surface. (not shown) is integrally formed.
The terminal plate 8 is a rectangular flat plate made of a conductor supported by the central partition wall 3 and the left and right end walls 4 and 5, with female threads 9A and 9B carved on both left and right sides, and movable members 10A and 10B in contact with the center partition wall. A notch is formed for passing 10B. The movable members 10A and 10B are bilaterally symmetrical. To explain this for 10A, there is a sliding part that perpendicularly intersects with the terminal board 8 and is slidably supported by the terminal board 8, and an upper end of the sliding part is bent at a right angle to form a terminal board 8.
A V-shaped movable spring receiving part 11 is provided at the lower end of the sliding part, and the neck of the hole screw 13 in the center of the pressing part 12 and the spring washer are connected to each other. A wheel 14 is rotatably supported. V-shaped valley-shaped fixed spring receivers 15A and 15B are provided at predetermined positions on the left end wall 4 and right end wall 5 of the terminal block main body 1, facing the movable spring receiver. compression spring 16A,
16B is fitted.

Due to the restoring force of the spring 16A, the movable spring receiving part 11A of the movable member 10A is at the upper limit position where it contacts the terminal plate 8, and the screw 13 is in the upper limit position of the movable member 10A.
It does not fall off from the pressing part 12, and the tip of the screw faces the female thread. The right side of FIG. 1 shows the state in which the lead wire 17 is connected. Terminal board 8 and pressing part 12
clamps the lead terminal, and the movable member 10B has descended to near its lower limit.

二の安定状態を持つよう構成されている。 In the present invention, even if the shape and dimensions of the movable member 10 are the same, the state in which the movable member 10 is not screwed changes in two ways depending on the length of the screw 13 or the height of the fixed spring receiver 15. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the screw 1 at the upper limit position of the movable member 10
3 and the top surface of the terminal plate 8 is l 1 , and the vertical length of the movable spring receiver 11 and fixed spring receiver 15 is l 2 , then l 1 > l 2 is satisfied. In this case, the movable member 10 is stably held in two positions: the upper limit position shown in FIG. 3a and the lowered position shown in FIG. 3b. A compression spring 16 is inserted between these two positions.
There is a neutral point where the length is minimum, and when the movable member is above the neutral point, the spring exerts an upward force on the movable member, and when the movable member is below the neutral point, the spring exerts an upward force on the movable member. A downward force acts on the movable member. In other words, FIG. 3A shows the above-mentioned first state, in which the position of the movable spring receiving part 11 is at the position of the fixed spring receiving part 15.
FIG. 3b shows the second state described above, in which the position of the movable spring receiver 11 is higher than the position of the fixed spring receiver 15. It is configured to have a second stable state below the position of .

The force of the spring 16 acts in the direction of clamping the screws, and the work can be done without resisting the force of the spring 16 while tightening the screws. Moreover, while the screws are tightened, the force of the spring continues to act in the direction of tightening the screws. Therefore, there is no risk of screws loosening due to vibration, etc.
