Figures 1 and 2 show the conventional method of adjusting the height of the car body.
This will be explained using figures. In Figure 1, the bogie frame 4
is supported by an axle box 6 via an axle spring 5, and the pillow beam 2 is supported by a bogie frame 4 via an air spring 3. Center pin 8 attached to car body 1
is rotatably fitted into a center pin bushing 9 press-fitted into the pillow beam 2. The vertical load of the vehicle body 1 is transmitted from a side support 10 attached to the vehicle body 1 to the pillow beam 2 via a side support plate 11 attached to the pillow beam 2 by an ingot 13. By the way, in a railway vehicle, the height of the vehicle body 1 gradually decreases because the tire tread surface on the wheel axle 7 is ground regularly. Therefore, in order to match the height of the vehicle body with that of other vehicles, in the conventional structure, the side support plate 11 is
A liner was added between the and pillow beams 2 to keep the height of the vehicle body 1 constant. Next, FIG. 2 shows another conventional structure, and shows a so-called body-mounted vehicle in which the air spring 3 is directly attached to the vehicle body 1. In FIG. 2, in the case of such a structure, a liner 12 is added between the side support plate 11 and the bogie frame 4 to adjust the height of the vehicle body 1.
However, in these configurations, the liner 1 is placed between the side support plate 11 and the bogie frame 4 or the pillow beam 2.
2, so when adjusting the liner, move the car body 1 to a place with equipment to jack up the car body 1, jack up the car body 1 or the car body 1 and the pillow beam 2, and adjust the liner 12. The need arose. Therefore, the height adjustment can only be done in a place with equipment to jack up the vehicle body, etc., and large equipment is required.
There were drawbacks such as the need for maintenance.

In view of the above points, it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to easily adjust the liner without requiring special equipment when adjusting the height of the vehicle body, and to facilitate maintenance.

Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In the figure, the same reference numerals as in the above conventional example indicate the same parts. In Figure 3, 14
15 is a liner for height adjustment, and 15 is an upper surface plate provided on the upper side of the air spring 17, which is provided on the pillow beam 2 by a stopper 16 so as to be movable in the vertical direction with respect to the pillow beam 2. There is. The height of the vehicle body 1 is adjusted by fitting the liner 14 between the top plate 15 and the pillow beam 2. Reference numeral 18 denotes a lower plate provided on the lower side of the air spring 17. 19 is a support member inserted between the pillow beam 2 and the truck frame 4, and the air spring 1
The height is such that a gap is created between the top plate 18 and the pillow beam 2 when the compressed air in the pillow 7 is discharged.

In such a configuration, when adjusting the height of the vehicle body 1, the support member 19 is first inserted between the pillow beam 2 and the bogie frame 4, and then the compressed air in the air spring 17 is discharged. Along with this, air spring 17
shrinks, and at the same time the top plate 15
, and a gap is created between the pillow beam 2 and the top plate 15. The liner 14 is inserted into this gap, after which compressed air is supplied to the air spring 17 to complete the operation. At this time, the height of the vehicle body 1 is higher than before the work by the height of the liner 14.

Next, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a bolsterless type truck without a pillow beam. In Figure 4,
21 is a liner for adjusting the height of the car body 1; 22 is a top plate provided on the upper side of the air spring 23, which is provided on the car body 1 so as to be movable in the vertical direction with respect to the car body 1 by means of an inlet 20; . 24 is air spring 2
This is a bottom plate provided on the lower side of No. 3. Reference numeral 26 denotes a center pin provided at the center of the front and rear of the vehicle body 1, and a center pin bushing 27 that is press-fitted into the bogie frame 25.
It is rotatably fitted into the 28 is the truck frame 25
This jack is provided at a position facing the vehicle body 1, and is used to support the vehicle body 1 when adjusting the height of the vehicle body 1.

In such a configuration, when adjusting the height of the vehicle body 1, raise the jack 28 to a height that creates a gap between the top plate 22 and the vehicle body 1 when the compressed air in the air spring 23 is discharged. Thereafter, the compressed air in the air spring 23 is discharged. Along with this, the air spring 23 contracts, and at the same time, the top plate 22 lowers along the spigot 20, causing the car body 1 and the top plate 22 to fall.
There is a gap between the two. liner 21 in this gap.
is inserted, and then compressed air is supplied to the air spring 23 to lower the jack 28 to a position that does not interfere with normal operation, completing the work. At this time, the height of the vehicle body 1 is higher than before the work by the height of the liner 21.

According to these configurations, the vehicle body 1 is supported by the support member 19
By supporting the vehicle body 1 with the jacks 28, there is no need for a device for lifting the vehicle body 1, and the height of the vehicle body 1 can be easily adjusted with a simple configuration of providing the support member 19, the jacks 28, etc. I can do it.
