However, in such conventional examples, since the glass door is located on the indoor side, condensation occurs on the glass door, and if the rain door is on the outdoor side, the glass door must be opened and closed each time the rain door is opened and closed. The shutters are opened and closed at night or early in the morning, but there is a problem in that the sound of the shutters opening and closing is loud to the outside and is a nuisance to the neighborhood.Furthermore, if the shutters are exposed to the outside, the appearance is undesirable. There are many people who dislike this problem, and since the shutters are left open during the day, thick curtains are necessary. On the other hand, in snowy and cold regions, it is not possible to install rain shutters outdoors, and even in apartments and condominiums, it is difficult to install rain shutters on the outside.
In places where rain shutters cannot be installed on the outdoor side, there are various problems in terms of security, fire prevention, and strength at the openings of the building, and in this case, there is also the disadvantage of requiring thick curtains. .

Even when opening and closing the inner door quickly, the sound of opening and closing the inner door does not become louder to the outside and does not cause a nuisance to the neighbors, and the indoor side of the opening is closed with an inner door whose interior material is used as interior material. It is possible to completely shield the interior and make the interior surface feel the same as the wall, eliminating the need for thick curtains and changing the interior feel from a state with a glass door to a state as if there were no glass door. It can also be used in snowy areas, cold areas,
To provide an opening/closing device for an opening in a building that can be constructed even in places where conventional rain shutters cannot be installed, such as apartments and condominiums.

る。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. A sash frame 6 is attached to the outdoor side of the opening 1 of the building.
A glass door 2 is attached to the sash frame 6 in a sliding manner to open and close it. A lintel 7 and a sill 8 are provided above and below on the indoor side of the opening 1 of the building, and the lintel 7 and sill 8 are twice or more than twice as long as the horizontal length of the opening 1. , both ends of the lintel 7 and the sill 8 serve as storage rails 9 that protrude along the wall to the left and right of the opening 1, and the length of each storage rail 9 is equal to the length of the opening. It is 1/2 or more of the horizontal length of 1. Kamoi 7
Two inner doors 5 are slidably arranged between the left and right inner doors 5 and the sill 8, and when the left and right inner doors 5 are stored in the storage rail section 9, the indoor side of the opening 1 is opened and the inner door is opened. Door 5
By pulling out the storage rail part 9 from the storage rail part 9, the indoor side of the opening part 1 is closed by the inner door 5. The interior door 5 has an interior material 3 such as printed plywood or cloth on its interior surface, and a metal plate 4 on its exterior surface. In the figure, 5a is an inner door frame. As the metal plate 4 used here, for example, a colored steel plate which is bent in a wavy manner and has a louvered appearance is used.
In the figure, 10 is a screen door. Normally, the inner door 5 is opened and the opening 1 is opened and closed using only the glass door 2, but during the day when sunlight and ventilation are not required, or at night, the inner door 5 is closed and the opening 1 is opened and closed. It closes the inside. When the inner door 5 is closed in this way, the presence of the inner door 5 provides the same security and strength as a conventional storm door, and since the outdoor surface of the inner door 5 is made of a metal plate 4, it is not as strong as a conventional storm door. The same fire protection properties can be obtained. Moreover, at this time, the interior material 3 is exposed on the indoor side, so this interior material 3 becomes part of the wall, and the glass door is not exposed to the interior, making it feel as if the room does not have a glass door. Glass door 2 even though there is glass door 2
A room with only a wall without a glass door 2 can be revealed, and a room with a wall with a glass door 2 or a room with only a wall without a glass door 2 can be revealed only by opening and closing the inner door 5. In this case, the interior material 3 of the inner door 5
The walls may have the same finish as the walls of the room, or they may have a different finish. In addition, when opening and closing the inner door 5, it can be opened and closed directly from inside the room without opening the glass door 2, so the operation can be easily performed.
Since it is not directly exposed to the outdoors, the appearance does not become unsightly. By the way, when opening and closing the inner door 5 at night or early in the morning, the presence of the glass door 2 prevents the opening and closing noise of the inner door 5 from being loud to the outside and causing no nuisance to the neighborhood. Furthermore, when the indoor side of the opening 1 is closed with the inner door 5, it can be completely shielded and the interior material 3 is exposed on the indoor side, so there is no need to close the glass door 2 with a thick curtain as in the past. It is something that has become familiar. Furthermore, if the inner door 5 is placed on the indoor side of the opening 1 as described above, it may not be possible to install a shutter on the outdoor side, as in snowy areas, cold regions, apartments, and condominiums, or installation may be difficult. Since it is on the indoor side even in a hot and humid place, it is possible to construct an inner door 5 which has the same function as a rain door and has advantages that a rain door does not have. Although the above embodiment shows an example in which the glass door 2 can be opened and closed in a double-sliding manner, the glass door 2 is not necessarily limited to this, and other known structures such as a sliding window or a revolving window can be adopted. . Further, in the above embodiment, both ends of the lintel 7 and the sill 8 are used as storage rails 9, and the storage rails 9 at both ends protrude along the wall to the left and right of the opening 1, so that the inner door 5 can be moved from side to side. However, as shown in FIG. 5, only one end of the lintel 7 and sill 8 may be used as a storage rail portion 9, and the inner door 5 may be stored only on one side. Further, in the figure, the wall is a double wall so that the storage state of the inner door 5 cannot be seen from inside the room by the double wall indoor side wall 11. Of course, the case may be such that the indoor wall 11 is not provided. Furthermore, the inner door 5 may be of a foldable type. In the figure, 12 is an outdoor wall. Also 1
3 is the flooring material. In the figure, 14 is a contact material for the inner door 5.

のである。 In the present invention, as described above, the glass door is arranged on the outdoor side of the opening of the building, and the indoor surface is made of interior material,
Since the interior side of the interior door is made of a metal plate 4, the interior side of the opening can be opened and closed freely, so by opening the interior door and opening and closing the opening using only the glass door, light and ventilation can be brought in. By closing the inner door at night or when ventilation or daylighting is not required, the presence of the inner door provides the same security and strength as conventional storm shutters, and since the exterior surface is made of a metal plate, it can be closed. It provides fire protection in the same way as shutters. In other words, the uniqueness of the present invention is that conventionally metal storm doors were placed on the outdoor side and glass doors were placed on the indoor side. In this case, if the shutter equivalent to a conventional shutter with a metal plate is placed on the indoor side, it will feel strange in relation to the interior of the room. Therefore, the interior surface of the inner door was used as an interior material so that it would not look out of place with the interior interior and would be in the same condition as the interior walls. Also, a room with a glass door or a room with only walls without a glass door can be revealed simply by opening and closing the inner door.
