本発明は、縦配管へ嵌込んで止め手段により液
体室が通口を介して通液口へ連通する位置に止め
るだけで使用でき、ブラダが浮力の影響を受けな

あり、このものは液体給送管中に挿入する筒状主

側に筒状案内部材を配設した構成のもので、これ
を配管中へ取付けるには、配管の一部分を切除し
て管端に夫々おねじを形成し、このおねじを前記
筒状主体の両端に設けたねじへ螺合させるもので
あつたから、取付けが面倒であつて時間がかか
り、又、このものは筒状主体内を弾性チユーブに
より外側の気体室と内側の液体室とに区画させた
から、縦配管に装備するときは浮力の作用により
気体室内の気体が上方に偏在し、図面第2図に示
す様に弾性チユーブの下半部を液体圧により筒状
主体に密着させて不動とし、チユーブの変形可能
部分を上半部のみとするから、アキユムレータの
緩衝機能が著しく低減するだけでなく容積効率も
低下し、又、チユーブの上半部のみが変形を強い
られるからチユーブの損傷を生じ易い欠点があつ

次に本発明の縦配管外装形アキユムレータを図
面に基いて説明すると、図中1は液体を給送する
縦配管で、後記する圧力容器を嵌入する部分を真
円形に仕上げ、その下端に圧力容器の位置決めを
する段部2を設け、上部におねじ3を形成してあ
る。Aは環状の圧力容器で、椀状に形成して中央
に内筒4を設けた蓋体6と、同じく椀状に形成し
て中央に内筒8を設けた主体9とを、開口端を突
合せて主体9へ下方から嵌め、その抑縁10を主
体9の肩部11に係合させた接合環12のめねじ
13を、蓋体6のおねじに螺合させ、蓋体6と主
体9とを一体的に結合して形成するもので、蓋体
6の内筒5と、主体9の内筒8とに前記縦配管1
の真円形に仕上げた部分に嵌合する孔4と孔7と
を設けてある。14,15は前記した孔4,7の
外側の外周に夫々設けた環状溝で、シール部材1
6,17を各別に装入し、孔4,7と前記配管1
との隙間を密封させる様にしてある。18はゴム
等の柔軟な弾性材により、主体9内に形成される
環状の室と相似形に形成した環状のダイヤフラム
で、その開口部の内側と外側とに夫々取付フラン
ジ19と20を形成してあり、取付フランジ19
の内側には水平片イと下端を丸めた垂直片ロとよ
りなる断面「形のリング21を嵌め込み、取付フ
ランジ20の内側には水平片イ’と下端を丸めた
垂直片ロ’とよりなる断面形状〓形のリング22
とを嵌め込む様にしてあり、この環状ダイヤフラ
ム18は前記した様に蓋体6と主体9とを結合す
るとき、主体9の環状室内に納めて、取付フラン
ジ19,20を内筒8と主体9の外周との上縁に
支持させて置いて、之等フランジ19,20の上
へ蓋体6を、その外周が取付フランジ20に当
り、内筒5が取付フランジ20へ当る様に乗せ、
主体9の蓋体6とを接合環12により結合すると
き、主体9と蓋体6との外周と内筒5,8とによ
り取付フランジ19,20を挾圧されて、ダイヤ
フラム18の気密的で強固な取付けが行われる様
にしてある。24は主体9側の内筒8に設けた環
状溝で、主体9の底部に設けた通孔25により圧
力容器A内の液体室aと連通させてある。23は
前記縦配管1に設けた通液孔で、圧力容器Aの内
筒5,8を内筒8の下端が前記段部2に当る迄配
管1へ嵌め込んだとき、前記環状溝24と連通す
る位置に配置される。26は前記通孔23が液体
室aへ開口する部分に形成した環状の弁座で、テ
ーパー状に形成されている。27は前記弁座26
に対応させてダイヤフラム18に取付けた環状弁
で、弁座26と合致するテーパー状に形成してあ
る。28は椀状の蓋体6へ取付けた給気手段で、
環状の圧力容器Aの上部に形成される気体室bへ
気体を封入させる。29は前記縦配管1のおねじ
3に螺合させたナツトで、このナツト29と前記
段部2とで環状圧力容器Aを縦配管1に固定させ

から接合環12を嵌め付け、この接合環12にお
けるめねじ13を椀状蓋体6のおねじに螺合して
締め付けを行うと、蓋体6と主体9との外周がダ
イヤフラム18の外側の取付フランジ20を挾み
付け、内筒5と内筒8とが内側の取付フランジ1
9を挾み付けるため、ダイヤフラム18が充分な
気密性と強度を持つて取付けられた環状の圧力容
器Aを完成するから、この環状の圧力容器Aの内
筒5と8とを縦配管1へ内筒8の下端が段部2に
係合する迄嵌め付ければ、環状の圧力容器Aはそ
の主体9における内筒8の環状溝24が通液孔2
3に合致した状態において止る。従つて、縦配管
1のおねじ3にナツト29を螺合し、環状圧力容
器Aをこのナツト29と前記段部2との間へ挾ま
せれば、縦配管1を切断してねじ結合する煩わし
さもなく、縦配管1の要所へ之を取巻くアキユム
レータが短時間で取付けられる。こうして取付け
を終れば、気体室bへ封入手段28により気体を
封入して、環状ダイヤフラム18を加圧して置
き、液体室aへ縦配管1に給送される液体を通液
孔23、環状溝24、通孔25を介して導入すれ
ば、環状ダイヤフラム18は之に伴い気体室bの
容積を縮少して液体室aを拡大し、この室aに圧
力液体を受入れて、蓄圧、緩衝等の作用を行うも
ので、この場合このアキユムレータにおいては、
気体室bが環状ダイヤフラム18の上方に位置
し、ダイヤフラム18に浮力を作用させないため
環状ダイヤフラム18は計画通りの変形作動を行

配管を中断してねじ接手を行う煩しさもなく縦配
管の希望位置へ簡単迅速にアキユムレータを装備
出来るもので、然も、このアキユムレータは、液
体室側に通孔を設け縦配管に通液孔を設けたか
ら、圧力容器を通孔と通液孔が一致する様に止め
手段により位置決めすれば、縦配管と液体室を直
通させて液体室への液体の出入を便利に行わせ得
るし、又、環状ダイヤフラムの上側を気体室とし
て、この部分に加圧気体を封入し、気体の浮力が
ダイヤフラムには作用しない様にしてあるから、
環状ダイヤフラムは計画通りの変形作動を円滑に
行い、効率の良い蓄圧や衝撃吸収を行うだけでな
く、ダイヤフラムの損傷を生ずることがないもの
