Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は発変電所などに於て母線の接続や分岐
に用いるばね式クランプに関するものである。こ
のクランプはばね力により本体と電線押えの間で
電線を挾持するものであるが、その組立は後記す
る如くかなり無理のある工程となつていた。加え
てこの組立は鉄塔上など高所に於て行われる性質
のものであるため、作業者にとつてはかねてか
ら、改善の要望が強かつた。本発明はこの要望に

於て本体1は電線支持部1aと分岐部1bとから
成り、支持部1aには電線Wに対応した円孤部が
あり、分岐部1bは分岐線Bを挿入圧着可能にな
つている。ハウジング2は断面U形でその両脚端
に於て本体の支持部1aへ箸箱のふた状に挿入係
合可能となつている。ハウジング2へはばね3と
ばね押え4とが収納してある。ボルト5はばね押
え4とハウジング底部とに窪つた孔を自由に貫通
し、附設ナツト6によりばね押え4を圧下可能で
ある。ボルト5の頭にはねじ孔が穿たれ、これへ
ねじ7が螺合してある。電線押え8は下面でばね
押え4に接し、上面は支持部1aと対応して電線
を挾持可能に円弧形に形成してある。また電線押
え8は適当な隙間をもたせてねじ7へ挿入してあ
り、ねじ7の頭により遊動可能即ち首振りも可能
に係止されている。第2図は本発明の側面図で、
共通のハウジング内へばね3、ばね押え4、電線
押え8、ボルト5を3セツト収納した場合を例示

携行して高所に上り、まず分岐部へ分岐線Bを圧
着する。次に電線支持部1aを電線Wにあてが
い、ハウジングを挿入する。前記の如く電線押え
はばね圧を受けることなく遊動状態にあるため、
電線Wに多少の曲りがあつてもよくこれになじ
み、挿入は容易である。ナツト6をゆるめるとば
ね押えは電線押えと一体化して電線を圧し、ねじ
7は遊ぶ。第1図はこのときの状態を示した。ボ
ルト5の下端はコロナ現象を起すおそれがあるの
で、ナツト6は取外し、角隅部のない防絡ナツト
9(第2図)と取替え、これで工事を終了する。
以上からわかるようにねじ7は電線押え8のたん
なる脱落防止用にすぎず強力であることを要しな

ドルは鋼製とせねばならぬが、鋼製サドルはアル
ミ電線との接触によつて異金属間電食を発生し、
短期間に損壊する。これに対し本発明ではサドル
が電線押えとばね押えとに分離されているので、
前者にアルミ、後者に銅を用いて電食を防止でき
る。第3に本発明では電線押えとばね押えの分離
により部品点数は増すが、それらはすべて工場作
業で一体に組込まれているので、高所現場作業の

螺合するナツトと、ボルト上端部に設けられ折曲
