【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は回転円板上に起立した状態で人間を搭
乗させ、円板に周期的な正逆回転運動(揺動運
動)を与えることにより円板上の人間を強制的に
捩り、特に腰部、背捩に適度な捻り運動を与える
ことにより、身体に優れた効果を与えることを目
的とする。
