[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention is aimed at applying a predetermined amount of mixed soil between the base material laid on the roofing board and the tile to make the tile sit better when covering the roof of a wooden house with tiles. This invention relates to a tile roofing construction method that significantly increases the efficiency of tile roofing work and effectively prevents rainwater by using tiled roofing products packed in bags.

As is well known, the construction of a tiled roof on a wooden house involves placing an appropriate amount of clay on top of the base material laid on the surface of the roof boards that form the roof, and placing a single tile on top of it. Construction is carried out by repeatedly and continuously performing the following steps. In conventional construction,
This clay is kneaded by mixing a large amount of soil and water in a mixer at a clay mill, and then transported by dump truck or other vehicle and dumped onto a vacant lot or road near the work site, and then transported to another container. This is a construction method in which the tile is placed in a container and lifted up to the roof by hand or using a pulley, and then an appropriate amount is taken out from the container with a trowel and distributed onto the base material, one tile at a time. be.

However, with this conventional method, it takes a lot of time and effort to add the clay from vacant lots and roads to the roof level, and it takes a lot of time and effort to put the clay in the container one by one for each tile. It requires a lot of work to place it on the wood. In addition, since the mixed soil contains a large amount of water, if the mixed soil is not used within the same day after being carried out from the mill, the mixed soil may dry out or the water content may be high due to rain. Since the clay would become unusable as it is, the mill had to check the weather that day and deliver the necessary clay in time for the start of work at the work site each morning. Furthermore, due to the nature of the mixed soil, the dump truck that transports it, the vacant land where it is placed, the road, and even the work site become extremely dirty and disfigured.

The tile roofing construction method of the present invention involves placing a predetermined amount of mixed soil 2 in a waterproof and flexible bag 1 and sealing the bag 1, which is then placed on a base material 5 that is spread on a roofing board 4 that forms a roof surface 3. After placing the bag 1 on top, the upper side of the bag 1 is cut open and the cut pieces 6 are laid out almost flat on the base material 5.
This is a construction method that involves crimping tile A onto the roof.

Since the bag 1 is to contain the mixed soil 2 containing a large amount of water, it must be waterproof, and since it needs to be cut through the base material 5, a hard material is not suitable, so it must be flexible. is required. The shape of the bag is preferably cylindrical, triangular prism, etc., since the cut-out section 6 is spread out on the base material 5 so that it becomes almost flat, and the base material 5 is reinforced. Since the material is flexible, the shape is not particularly limited, as the section 6 can be spread out to expose the clay 2, and the tile A can be crimped onto it to make it flat. Also, the amount of mixed clay 2 packed into bag 1 varies slightly depending on the size of tile A, so
Prepare several types of bags 1 whose size corresponds to the size of tile A. Furthermore, if a cutting line indicating the cut is printed on the upper side of the bag 1 so that it is convenient to make a cut with a knife or the like to open the upper side of the bag 1, the work efficiency can be further improved. In this case, if the bag 1 has a cylindrical shape, the cutting line can be drawn by drawing one line vertically on the cylinder surface and a line on the ridge, so that the section 6 can be developed into a plane. If a line is drawn along the ridge, the section 6 can be similarly developed onto a plane. In the case of an oblong spherical shape close to a cylindrical shape as shown in the figure, if the cut line 7 is a line that joins two Y-shapes, the cut 6 can be developed into a plane. Incidentally, instead of printing the cut line on the bag, it is also possible to insert a thread into the bag 1 along the cut line and pull the thread so that the bag 1 can be opened along the cut line. In this case, work efficiency can be further increased. In the figure,

This is to lock it in place to prevent it from slipping.

According to the above-described method of the invention, a predetermined amount of the mixed soil 2, which is equivalent to one tile A, is packed into a waterproof and flexible bag 1 and sealed. This saves the trouble of replacing the placed clay into a container, and then taking out an appropriate amount of clay from the container with a trowel and distributing it on the base material 5.
It is possible to increase the efficiency of tile roofing work by about 3 to 4 times compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, since the bag spread out almost flat on the roof surface is waterproof, it can partially reinforce the role of the base material. Furthermore, unlike when using a trowel, the amount of soil used per tile is completely equalized, so the height of the soil on the roof surface of the tile is equalized, and the size of the tile can be adjusted. Even if the tile is different, a bag filled with clay corresponding to the tile can be used, so even a person without skill can perform the tile roofing work extremely efficiently. Furthermore, since the mixed soil is sealed in a bag, the moisture in the mixed soil does not evaporate at all, making it possible to store it for several months or more. As a result, it is no longer necessary to check the weather every morning and transport the clay to the work site, as was the case in the past, and the work of transporting the clay from the mill to the work site is simplified, as the clay can be transported as needed. significantly reduced. moreover,
Due to the nature of mixed soil, the dump trucks used to transport it, the open spaces where it is stored, the roads, and even the work sites were extremely dirty, spoiling the beauty of the surrounding area, but this invention method prevents this from happening. This will not occur at all, and the workers themselves will be able to work cleanly without getting soiled by the mixed soil.

In addition, if you form the bag into a slightly larger shape, cut it open on the roof surface and unfold it almost flat, it will overlap with the sections of adjacent bags, and the overlapped parts will be bonded together with adhesive etc. Since the base material that has been laid is not required, it is possible to reduce the cost of the base material and shorten the work process.
