When peeling a plate-shaped product after molding and firing from the molding surface of a mold,
Shell spinners hung at equal intervals around the lower part of the turntable are rotated, and the plate-shaped product attached to the molding surface is peeled off and wound into the shell spinner and roll-formed. There was a risk that the peeling cutter attached to the shell spinner would hit the molding surface of the mold, causing damage or breakage to the cutter or molding surface.

To give an overview of the corn cup making machine,
In the figure, after a certain amount of raw material has been supplied to the molding surface of the lower mold 1 of mold A, the upper mold 2 is closed.
is transferred into the oven 3 by the conveyance chain B, and after exiting the oven 3, the opening/closing roller 4 of the upper mold 2 is moved again, and a pair of guide rails 5, 6 are installed in parallel.
The upper mold 2 is opened by the correlation guide function.
When the upper mold 2 is opened, the fan-shaped plate product C baked in the oven 3 is transferred to the smooth lower mold 1.
Since it is detached from the molding surface 1a of the upper mold 2 and attached to the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 having the checkered grooves 7 of the upper mold 2, it is disposed on the side in the opening transition direction of the upper mold 2. The plate-shaped product C is peeled off from the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 by shell spinners 8 hung at equal intervals around the lower part of the turntable D, and rolled into the shell spinner 8 to form a conical cylinder shape. It is roll-formed. As shown in FIG. 2, the shell spinner 8 has a structure for winding up the plate-like product C. As shown in FIG. Inner side notch step 1 of protrusion 8a extending in the tangential direction
Attach the strip cutter 11 to the cutter 1.
The cutting edge portion of the shell spinner 8 is slightly protruded at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the side surface of the shell spinner 8. Further, a rotatable core 12 is fitted concentrically into the shell spinner 8, and a conical cylindrical mold hole 13 is formed between the two fittings. A locking tooth 14 for locking the product is provided vertically.

When peeling the plate-shaped product C, the mold A is the upper mold 2.
While in the open state (the state shown in FIG. 3), it is moved straight in the direction of arrow W in FIG. 2 by the conveying chain B. On the other hand, the shell spinner 8 is turning in the direction of arrow V, which is the opposite direction to the advancing direction of the upper die 2, due to the rotation of the turntable D, so when the shell spinner 8 approaches the upper die 2, the cutter 11 The cutting edge of the plate comes into sliding contact with the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 and peels off the front end of the plate-shaped product C, and by the rotational movement of the shell spinner 8 and the straight movement of the upper mold 2, the plate-shaped product C is peeled off. , and the subsequent product C into the conical cylindrical shaped hole 13 inside the shell spinner 8.
The winding is performed continuously.

In this case, the cutting edge of the cutter 11 attached to the shell spinner 8, which is rotating and moving, draws a circumferential surface locus with respect to the upper die 2, which moves straight, so that when the plate-shaped product C is peeled off, the metal It is necessary to feed the die A along the circumferential locus of the cutting edge of the cutter 11.

In the above configuration, each shell spinner 8 rotates around the shaft 15 as the turntable D rotates. Meanwhile, in synchronization with the rotation of the turntable D, the mold A is transferred to the conveyor chain B.
Just before the mold A approaches the turning trajectory of the shell spinner 8, the opening/closing roller 4 of the upper mold 2 is moved by a pair of guide rails 5, 26. The upper mold 2 is released from the lower mold 1 while being guided by a distance of 6, and the mold A moves straight in this state.

The guide rollers 37 of the lower die escape feed means 31 and the lower die pressing biasing means 3 are attached to wear strips 27 and 29 attached to both ends of the lower die 1 that can run straight.
8 pressure rollers 42 roll into contact at the same time. Since the pressure roller 42 is constantly urged in the direction of the arrow Y by the stored force of the compression spring 46 of the lower mold pressing and urging means 38, the lower mold 1 is moved from the position shown in FIG. When moving to the position shown in FIG. 6 and moving further forward, the pressure roller 42 presses and pushes the lower die 1 in the direction of arrow Y while rolling on the protruding raceway surface 28 of the wear strip 27.

Therefore, at the time when the cutting edge of the cutter 11 of the rotatable shell spinner 8 comes into contact with the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 and draws a circumferential trajectory, it peels off the plate-shaped product C attached to the upper mold molding surface 2a. Then, in accordance with the circumferential locus of the cutting edge of the cutter 11, the lower die 1 and the upper die 2 synchronously escape in the lateral direction while traveling straight, so that the cutting edge of the cutter 11 moves toward the upper die 2. It slides along the molding surface 2a.

The opening/closing roller 4 of the upper die 2 is connected to the inclined track surface 5 of the upper die relief feeding means 47 in FIG.
The cutting edge of the cutter 11 slides along the molding surface of the upper die 2 while rolling on the relief raceway surface 54' from the position of the protruding apex of the cutter 11, but the cutting edge of the cutter 11, which can be rotated, moves along the inclined raceway surface 54'. When a force above a predetermined pressure is applied to the upper die guide member 49, the compression spring 5
1 slides instantaneously in the direction opposite to the direction of arrow maintain. Further, the inclined trajectory of the upper mold guide member 49 is controlled by a long hole 52 formed in the upper mold guide member 49 and a guide shaft 53 fitted into the long hole 52 and screwed onto the fixed support member 48 to protrude. Since the distance between the surface 54 and the opposing guide rail 6 is maintained, the entry of the upper mold opening/closing roller 4 is not obstructed, and the cutting edge of the cutter 11 does not impose any load on the molding surface of the upper mold 2. occurs and only when this load is released, the upper mold guide member 49 moves in the lateral direction to reduce the contact pressure of the cutting edge of the cutter 11 applied to the molding surface of the upper mold 2 and promote a buffering function. It is something.

Incidentally, when the plate-shaped product C adhering to the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 is peeled off with the cutter 11 and rolled into the conical cylindrical mold hole 13 of the shell spinner 8, the next shell spinner that can be rotated is formed. 8 is the rear mold A
As the product approaches the product, the same product peeling operation as described above is performed continuously.

As described above, the Ciel Spinner 8 is rotating.
The mold A, which can run straight, approaches each other, and the cutting edge of the cutter 11 attached to the shell spinner 8 comes into sliding contact with the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2, and peels off the plate-shaped product C attached to this molding surface 2a. At this time, the mold A, which is traveling straight, moves laterally and the molding surface of the upper mold 2 touches the cutter 1.
Since the cutter 1 is retracted along the circumferential locus of the cutting edge of the cutter 1, the cutter 1 is
The contact pressure of the cutting edge 1 is kept uniform over the molding surface of the upper die 2. Therefore, it is possible to reliably and smoothly roll the plate-shaped product C attached to the molding surface 2a of the upper mold 2 into the shell spinner 8 and roll-form it, and also to It exhibits outstanding safety effects, such as avoiding accidents such as damage and breakage of the cutting edge of the cutter 11, and minimizing the causes of failure.
