本発明は、凹凸模様付建築用板の製造方法に関

従来、基材に発泡インキで模様を印刷し、加熱
炉内において加熱させて発泡インキを発泡させる
のであるが、加熱炉を要してその構成が複雑とな
る上、模様部分における印刷インキの加熱温度を
略均一にする温度制御技術も要する等の問題があ
つた。

本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたもの

ることにある。

本発明の凹凸模様付建築用板の製造方法は、透
明プラスチツクフイルム3の裏面に加熱型発泡材
を含む発泡インキ1aで任意の模様を印刷し、押
出し機6から押出成形される塩化ビニルシートか
らなる基材2表面に押出成形と同時に前記発泡イ
ンキ1aによる印刷を施した透明プラスチツクフ
イルム3を被覆し、押出成形された基材2の熱に
よつて発泡インキ1aを発泡させることを特徴と
するものであり、このような方法によつて、上記
目的を達成したものである。つまり、押出し機6
から押出成形される塩化ビニルシートからなる基
材2表面に押出成形と同時に前記発泡インキ1a
による印刷を施した透明プラスチツクフイルム3
を被覆し、押出成形された基材2の熱によつて発
泡インキ1aを発泡させるから、従来のように発
泡インキ1aを発泡させるための加熱炉を省き、
それでいてその発泡は押出成形される基材2の熱
による故、加熱温度の均一化を図り、装置を簡素
化しながら品質を安定化したものである。

ラビア印刷や凸板印刷の印刷を行う。この際発泡
インキ1aは任意の色に着色されたものであつ
て、印刷によつて任意の柄模様を形成する。次い
でロールBによつて接着剤5を塗布する。この接
着剤5は基材2に透明プラスチツクフイルム3を
被覆する際の接着性の補助とするものである。さ
て一方基材2は塩化ビニルシート材からなり押出
し機6より押出成形されると同時にロールCによ
つて表面に前記透明プラスチツクフイルム3が被
覆される。この被覆されることによつて基材2の
熱は透明プラスチツクフイルム3側に吸収されて
発泡インキ1aが加熱発泡され、発泡層1を凹凸
模様として形成することとなる。この際発泡層1
の先端部分の細かな凹凸が透明プラスチツクフイ
ルム3によつて押えられるためなくなる。尚本実
施例において透明プラスチツクフイルム3として
着色プラスチツクフイルムを用いれば、凸部位は
着色されたフイルムが伸びることにより、その厚
みが多少薄くなることによつて色調がやや薄く、
また凹部位は厚みが薄くならないことにより色調
が濃い状態のままとなり、凹凸感がより強調され

ら、従来のように発泡インキを発泡させるための
加熱炉を省くことができ、それでいてその発泡は
押出成形される基材の熱による故、加熱温度の均
一化を図ることができ、装置を簡素化することが
できるものでありながら品質を安定化させること
ができるという利点がある。
