本発明は米飯を型押ししておにぎりを作り、こ

に等ピツチに複数のおにぎりの型孔12を形成し
た型押し用ターンテーブル11を、該ターンテー
ブル上を囲んで円陣に配備した飯の供給ステーシ
ヨン、型押しステーシヨン及び型抜きステーシヨ
ンを含む複数の作業ステーシヨンに順次停止せし
め、各作業ステーシヨンにて所定の作業を行な
い、おにぎりを作る型押し装置1と、下流端が上
記おにぎり型押し装置1の型抜きステーシヨンE
の上方に被さる様に配備され包装シートを1枚づ
つ間歇的に型抜きステーシヨンE上に送り込むシ
ート送込み装置3と、シート送り装置3の上方に
配備され外周におにぎりの嵌まる型孔22を等ピ
ツチに開設し且つ該型孔22の1つが前記おにぎ
り型押し装置1の型抜きステーシヨンEにて前記
型押し用ターンテーブル11の型孔12の直上に
位置する様に間歇回転可能に配備された包装用タ
ーンテーブル21と、前記型抜きステーシヨンE
の下方に配備され型押し用ターンテーブル11の
型孔12中のおにぎりをシート送り装置3及び包
装用ターンテーブル21の型孔22を貫通して該
ターンテーブル21の上面高さ迄突き上げる突上
げ部材18と、包装用ターンテーブル11の上方
に配備され突上げ部材18によつて突上げられた
おにぎりを該ターンテーブルの回転方向へ向け1
ピツチ下流側の折畳みステーシヨンHに突き出す
突出し部材5と、該折畳みステーシヨンHの上方
に昇降可能に配備され該ステーシヨンHに突き出
されたおにぎりを該ステーシヨンHに停止する型
孔22に押し込む押え部材6と、折畳みステーシ
ヨンHの下方に昇降可能に配備され該ステーシヨ
ンHに停止する型孔22に出没しておにぎりを支
持する受け部材63と、折畳みステーシヨンHの
下流側に設けた耳片折畳みステーシヨンの上方に
配備され型孔22の上方に突出したシート耳片S4
を一対のヘラ板77,78にて互いに重なり合う
様に折畳む耳片折畳み装置7とで構成されたおに
ぎり製造装置。 2 耳片折畳みステーシヨンは第1耳片折畳みス
テーシヨンIと該折畳みステーシヨンの下流に設
けた第2耳片折畳みステーシヨンJがあり、各耳
片折畳みステーシヨンI,Jに対し1つのヘラ板
