Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は加工領域に一サイクルごとに材料を供
給し加工する工作機械に用いられている材料供給
装置の支持具に関する。本発明は特に材料径に対
応して棒材を支持する支持具に関するもので、従
来、材料の回転中の振動は材料径と関係しそのた
め材料径が異なる場合には材料径に対応した支持
具をその都度交換もしくは当座を交換するもの
と、あらかじめ、材料径に対応した径の異なる支
持具を数種類同一装置上にセツトしておくものが
ある。本発明では後者に属するものでこの種のも
のとしては材料の送り軌道と平行な回転軸を有す
る半径の同一円周上に径の異なる支持具が数種類
等間隔に配置され材料の搬入段取作業時に材料径
に対応した支持具を選択して材料送り軌道上にセ
ツトするものが周知である。この型式では支持具
が管状をなすものとデイスク状をなすものが考え
られるが、前者にあつては、単体の支持具が数種
類用意され単体として互換性を有するものでなく
コスト高で構造としては大型になつてしまう。後
者においては材料を支持する支持部を除いて材料
は外部に表われているので材料の振動による騒音
防止効果としては前者より効果は少ない。本発明
は前者と後者の問題点を解消した棒材の支持具を
提供するものである。

転軸の円周上の一箇所に設けた係合部に係合着脱
自在な係合部材を支持具もしくは保持体上に設け
