ている。 In recent years, panel storage tanks, which are manufactured by assembling a large number of panels, are often used as storage tanks such as water storage tanks and water receiving tanks. In the case of this panel storage tank, a reinforcing support member is conventionally attached inside the storage tank in order to support water pressure and the like acting on the panels constituting the outer wall. Many of these support members were installed in parallel in the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions in a horizontal plane, that is, in a plane parallel to the bottom panel, but due to the need for reinforcement against external forces such as earthquakes and revisions to laws and regulations, etc. In some cases, a support member is provided to connect the outer wall panel and the bottom panel.

This requires some reinforcement of the bottom panel.

The configuration of the present invention that achieves this object is such that, in a frame on which a storage tank formed by connecting a large number of panels is installed, vertical members and horizontal members are connected to form an outer frame that is approximately the same as the bottom outer shape of the storage tank. At the same time, reinforcing materials are fixed to the outer frame in parallel with either the vertical members or the horizontal members and corresponding to the connecting positions of the panels, while bottom panels are respectively attached to the outside of the outer frame to which these reinforcing members are fixed. A fixing member is attached to the outer frame so as to protrude from the upper surface of the outer frame, and a fixing member is attached to the outer frame to hold the end face of the bottom panel on the outside corresponding to the connecting position of the outer frame panel perpendicular to the reinforcing member. It is characterized in that fixing members that protrude from the upper surface and face each other with the outer frame in between are tightened and fixed by reinforcing rods that pass through the outer frame.

On the other hand, 5 vertically
Two panels 1 are connected and 2 panels are connected in the height direction.
The left and right walls 4 to which the panels 1 are connected also have front and rear walls 3.
Similarly, a bottom panel 5 extends in a direction parallel to the front and rear walls 3 at the connection part at the center in the height direction, and at the connection part at both ends of the panel 1 connected to the center in the vertical direction.
A support member 2 connected to the front and rear walls 3 is shown, and is fixed at the same position as the support member 2 on the front and rear walls 3. Furthermore, the connecting portions of the first panel 1 from the corner are also connected by support members 2 for reinforcement in the horizontal plane and reinforcement of the corner portions. Therefore, the bottom panel 5 is provided with connection parts of the support members 2 at six locations, and a horizontal component of force acts in the direction in which each of the support members 2 is projected onto the bottom panel 5. An attempt is made to pull apart the connecting portion of the bottom panel 5.

The frame 9 is formed by welding using H-beam steel, and a reinforcing member 10 made of H-beam steel is provided at a position parallel to the cross member 7 and corresponding to the connecting portion of the bottom panel 5.
This is arranged and both ends are welded to the vertical member 8. The bottom surface of the storage tank installed on this frame 6 is located above the height of the flange 1a at the side end of each panel 1 of the bottom panel 5, and the front and rear walls 3 and left and right walls 4 are also located at the height of the flange 1a. Since the corner block 11 is formed from above, a corner block 11 is used for connection with the bottom panel 5, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. Therefore, in order to support the bottom panel 5 via this corner block 11, a fixing member 12 is provided on the outside of the vertical member 8 forming the outer frame 9 of the frame 6, corresponding to the connection position of the panel 1. This fixing member 1
2 has the same height as a corner block 11 protruding from the upper surface of the vertical member 8, and is fixed with a bolt via a washer 13 fixed to the inside of the H-shaped steel of the vertical member 8.
On the other hand, a fixing member 12 is provided so as to protrude from the upper surface of the cross member 7 by the height of the corner block 11, corresponding to the connection position of each panel 1 of the bottom panel 5 on the outside of the cross member 7 of the outer frame 9, which is perpendicular to this. The bolts 1 as reinforcing rods are parallel to the vertical members 8 and penetrate through the outer frame 9, with fixing members 12 facing each other with the outer frame 9 in between.
It is connected and fixed with 4. The bolts 14 are preferably of the required length according to the unit dimensions of the panels 1 and connected with the connecting nuts 15 so that the number of panels 1 to be connected differs depending on the size of the storage tank. . In addition, by tightening the bolts 14, a force that lifts the cross member 7 acts and becomes a bending force, but in order to prevent this, between the cross member 7 and the reinforcement member 10, Spacers 16 having flat steel plates fixed to both ends of the angle iron are interposed.

の連結部が引き離されるのを防止できる。 As described above, since the fixing members 12 are provided on the outside of the panel connecting positions of the outer frame 9 of the frame 6, respectively, protruding from the upper surface of the outer frame 9, the horizontal component force acting on the support member 2 provided inside the storage tank is applied. bottom panel 5
It is possible to prevent the connecting parts from being separated.

ができる。 As described above in detail with the embodiments, according to the present invention, the horizontal force acting on the bottom panel can be supported by the support member of the panel storage tank, thereby improving the strength and seismic reinforcement. Further, since the reinforcing structure of the pedestal is provided at the bottom of the pedestal, it does not become an obstacle to internal inspection or cleaning of the storage tank. Furthermore, since it is located outside the storage tank, it can be manufactured at low cost without requiring high-grade anti-corrosion treatment, and can be simply painted with general paint, etc., and maintenance inspections such as retightening can be performed easily.
