型枠装置に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a formwork device for making a concrete pavement slab that constructs a concrete paved road by sequentially arranging a plurality of molds side by side in a continuous manner. The flat plate-shaped elastic members forming the elastic expansion joints are bridged between the opposing formworks by embedding them at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction and through the plate thickness direction. The present invention relates to a formwork device for making concrete pavement slabs that is constructed by passing and supporting.

点があつた。 In order to construct such a concrete pavement road with elastic expansion joints, conventionally, each pavement slab is made to have a length corresponding to the required interval for forming elastic expansion joints, and when these pavement slabs are installed side by side, the adjacent pavement slabs are A method was adopted in which a flat plate-like elastic member was interposed between each part to form elastic joints, but when this method was used, the length of the unit paving slab was equal to the required interval for forming elastic expansion joints. Because of this, the efficiency is extremely low when constructing long structures such as paved roads, especially on-site, and it takes a lot of time to insert plate-like elastic members one by one. There was a drawback that it required a lot of work.

ものである。 In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a formwork device for making concrete pavement slabs, which is described in detail at the beginning, and includes a pair of joint members that can be locked and fixed to the formwork, respectively. The member is integrally connected with a pair of clamping members that protrude inwardly from each mold and can clamp and secure the elastic member from both sides in the thickness direction when the member is locked and fixed to each of the molds. At the same time, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the shape-retaining member disposed along both sides in the thickness direction of the elastic member over the entire width or substantially the entire width thereof are fitted and fixed to each pair of clamping members. It is characterized by the structure in which a possible part is formed.

る。 When using the formwork apparatus according to the present invention having the above-mentioned characteristic structure, a pair of joint members are locked and fixed to each of the opposing formworks, and each pair of clamping members integrally connected to these joint members are connected to each other. Both ends of a flat plate-shaped elastic member for forming elastic expansion joints in the width direction are clamped and fixed from both sides in the thickness direction, and shape-retaining members are arranged along both sides of the flat plate-shaped elastic member in the thickness direction. By pouring concrete in an assembled state in which both longitudinal ends are fitted and fixed to the fitting portions of each of the clamping members, the concrete is placed at multiple locations at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the slab at the same time as the paving slab is created. Since flat plate-shaped elastic members can be embedded and fixed, it is possible to create pavement slabs with a unit length equivalent to multiple times the required interval for forming elastic expansion joints, and in which elastic expansion joints are reliably formed at the required intervals. It can be created by one-time concrete pouring.

る。 Furthermore, the above-mentioned flat plate-like elastic member, which is easily bent and deformed when subjected to concrete pressure, is inserted through a shape-retaining member arranged along both sides in the thickness direction over its entire width or substantially its entire width. Since it can be firmly supported and fixed, it is possible to reliably prevent bending and deformation of the flat plate-shaped elastic member due to the pressure of poured concrete, and it is possible to form the desired elastic expansion joint with high accuracy.

共用することができるのである。 Furthermore, since the shape-retaining member is fitted and fixed to the clamping member on the joint member side, generally speaking, the concrete pouring surface extends up to the vertical edge of the clamping member, so after concrete is poured, the joint is fixed. Since it can be unfixed and removed from the component side and used for the next paving slab creation, there is less material loss for the entire device compared to the case where the shape retaining component is integrated with the joint component. It can be used economically as it requires less amount. In addition, since this shape-retaining member is separate from the joint member,
You can cut it to the required length depending on the width of the pavement slab to be created, or you can prepare shape-retaining members of multiple lengths in advance and select the required length from among them. Therefore, joint members having the same specifications can be used in common for creating pavement slabs with a plurality of width dimensions.

At the same time, the elastic piece 3 is formed by punching out a portion near both ends in the width direction at the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the metal plate 6 so as to come into elastic contact with the inner surface of the formwork 2.
b, 3b, and the fitting and fixing portions 4a, 4 pairs of clamping members 4, 4a divide the portion of the metal plate 6 protruding inward from the formwork 2 into two in the width direction; Each of the two halves is bent so that the cross-sectional shape is approximately J-shaped, and the opposing pieces are vertically oriented, and the taller opposing piece is provided with a hole 4b for inserting the shape-retaining member 5 fixing bolt 7. It is constructed by forming a plurality of pieces at appropriate intervals in the inside and outside directions of the mold.
