な係止金具とから成る点にある。 As is well known, window frames in older buildings are made of wood or iron, but these window frames have poor soundproofing performance and deteriorate due to long-term use, making it difficult to install new windows. The time has come to replace the window frame, and as is known, aluminum window frames are generally used as new window frames, and the conventional method for replacing them is to replace concrete at the opening of the window frame. It was removed by chiseling, the old window frame was removed, and the reinforcing bars were exposed.
Previous methods used to install new window frames using reinforcing bars, etc., but with this construction method, the entire work, including the installation of scaffolding, was extremely time-consuming in terms of equipment and labor, and it also generated noise. However, there are drawbacks such as restrictions on the use of buildings during construction, which are extremely inconvenient and costly. As an alternative to this, the applicant has proposed a shape that can be fitted into the old window frame while leaving the existing old window frame without removing it from the building base.
A new window frame refurbishment method involves manufacturing a new window frame with the same dimensions in advance and fitting the new window frame into the old window frame to connect it to the old window frame. Many proposals have been made and implemented regarding devices and appliances, but the present invention is particularly applicable to this window frame renovation method, especially for replacing the upper frame of an old window frame (including the vertical frame) with the upper frame of a new window frame. This is a new proposal that has been improved to make installation easier and more reliable, improve construction accuracy, and make work faster, more efficient, and labor-saving. is a window frame in which the existing old window frame remains without being removed from the building base, and a new window frame that has been assembled in advance is fitted into the old window frame to attach the new window frame to the old window frame. In the renovation method, a continuous fitting is a device for attaching the upper frame and/or vertical frame of old and new window frames to each other, and is fixed to one frame or installed so that it can move forward and backward in the longitudinal direction of the frame, and the other The locking metal fitting is provided on the frame so as to be movable forward and backward in the front and rear directions of the frame, and can be raised and lowered at that position, and is fixable to the continuous metal fitting.

向のスライドによつて全く同効である。 Also, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the connecting fitting 4 is simply attached to the new upper frame 3 side and the locking fitting 5 is attached to the old upper frame 2 side, and the installation operation itself is essentially the same.
The position adjustment of the new upper frame 3 in the front-rear direction, height direction, and longitudinal direction can be performed by the same operation, such as moving the locking fitting 5 back and forth on the screw shaft 10, and moving the connecting piece 5b as a fulcrum of the spiral tube part 5a. Connecting portion 4b due to ups and downs slope
The same effect can be obtained by fastening the connecting fittings 4 to the upper frame 3 and sliding the connecting fittings 4 in the longitudinal direction on the upper frame 3.

るものである。 The attachment of the upper frame of a new window frame to the upper frame of an old window frame using the attachment device of the present invention is superior to conventional attachment devices in the following points. That is, the device of the present invention has a locking metal fitting 5 that is movable forward and backward in one frame and can be tilted up and down at a set position, and a continuous metal fitting that is fixed or movable in the longitudinal direction on the other frame. 4, the new upper frame 3 can be properly installed quickly, easily and accurately almost in one touch, without the need for combinations of various mounting members or stepwise installation as in the past. At this time, the adjustment of the new upper frame 3 with respect to the old upper frame 2 in both the longitudinal direction and the height direction can be achieved at the same time by advancing and retracting the locking metal fitting 5 and rotating it in its advanced and retreating positions. This method is significantly advantageous in terms of reduction in the number of parts and ease of operation compared to systems that require separate operating members for each operation. Moreover, by using the threaded rod 10, the adjustment can be made very finely and accurately, and the structure of the continuous fitting 4 can be significantly simplified.
This enables the overall structure of the device to be simple, allowing it to be compactly stored and installed within the space between the upper frames 2 and 3, which is originally narrow. Only the parts are required, and manufacturing and assembly are extremely easy, and the overall installation work of the new window frame inside the old window frame is significantly speeded up.This installation device can also be used for the left and right rigid frames, making the work easier. Reduced man-hours,
It is particularly distinguished by the ease and speed of the adjustment operation, which at the same time allows for a cost-effective installation.
