キツトプロテクタに関し、中央片2aの両端に側
片2b,2bを延出して可動接点板2をコ字型に
形成し、両側片2b,2b間にて可動接点板2の
中央片2aに引張片22を各側片2bと平行に延
設すると共に側片2bの先端部に側片2bの延出
方向に長い長孔25の穿孔し、可動接点板2の側
片2bの先端より復帰バネ片24を連出せしめ、
ボデイ1上に設けた固定接点3に可動接点板2の
中央片2aに設けた可動接点4を対向させた状態
でボデイ1上に突設せる取付突部30上に長孔2
5を挿通した打込鋲27で可動接点板2の側片2
bの先端部を固定し、引張片22の先端部をボデ

てはリセツト釦9を上方へ付勢する為の復帰バネ
32が別部材として必要となつて価格面で不利と
なり、また組立工数上でも不利となる。また可動
接点板2の湾曲変形量を調整して過電流遮断特性
をを調整するために従来は第2図のように構成し
ていた。すなわち第2図は四角枠状のサイド部材
15先部より可動接点板2を枠内方へ一体に連設
して可動接点板2の自由端部をボデイ1に固定
し、ボデイ1に固定した引張板16の係止片17
をサイド部材15に引掛けてサイド部材15を引
つ張ることにより可動接点板2を湾曲させたもの
であり、過電流の通電により第3図のようにサイ
ド部材15の伸びで可動接点板2が反転し可動接
点4の固定接点3への接触を解離せしめるもので
ある。このものにあつては、第4図のように治具
18を係止片17基部の中央片19下面側に置い
てパンチ21により中央片19を一部押しつぶす
と中央片19の寸法が伸びて係止片17によるサ
イド部材15の引張がゆるめられ可動接点板2の
反りは小さくなり、また治具18は引張板16両
側の側片20下面に当ててパンチ21により側片
20を押しつぶすと側片20の寸法が伸びて逆に

てある。しかして、可動接点板2が下方へ湾曲し
ている状態にては固定接点3に可動接点板2先端
部の可動接点4が接触して通電がなされており、
可動接点板2が反転して上方へ湾曲すると可動接
点4は下方へ移動して固定接点3への接触が解離
し、通電が断たれるものである。この可動接点4
が固定接点板3より解離している状態より再び接
触する状態へリセツトするにあつては、リセツト
釦9を復帰バネ片24に抗して下方へ押動せし
め、押え突片29で可動接点板2の側片2bの湾
曲した中央部を押圧し、可動接点板2を下方へ湾
曲反転せしめることにより接点閉状態へのリセツ

部に固定してあるので、過電流遮断特性の調整は
長孔の長径における打込鋲の打込位置選択で行う
ことができるものであつて、過電流遮断特性の調
整用に特別な独立部材を用いる必要がなく、部品
点数を削減することができて安価に形成できかつ
