断する工程と、当該合成樹脂フイルムを密封成形
された成形卵をそのまま加温、冷却する加工工程
とからなる一連の製造工程を特徴としたものであ
る。

を含んで被覆し、次に配設されたプレス機9の直
下でプレス機に組み込んである上型枠10を下降
せしめて上型10′の押型10′により原料を密封
押圧して型の形状である所謂数の子形に成形す
る。そして第2図の如く一列毎に切断して上下面
を塩化ビニールフイルムで挟着密封された多数の
数の子状原料を横列保持したシート片a,a…が
得られる。これは多数の数の子状原料を上下面の
塩化ビニールフイルムが成形型となつて成形保持
した状態となる。従つてこの部分で従来1個毎多
数の成形型を要した従来の工程とは著しく異な
る。

で、従来のような原料が型枠面に粘着して剥離し
難い欠点はなく成形卵はフイルムで密封されてい
るため乾燥せずつやの良い良質の製品が得られ、
上述のように成形卵は密封した数個一連のもの
で、加工処理されるので作業能率極めてよく、量
産に適するものである。
