Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a bonding device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is known as a bonding device for bonding an adhesive tape by applying pressure to the entire surface of the adhesive tape temporarily bonded to the surface of a member to be bonded. In each figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a base body that incorporates a vacuum pump 2 and performs evacuation through an intake hole 3 provided on the upper surface side. 5 goes up and down. The bell gear 5 consists of a box with an opening at the bottom, and an elastic sheet 6 made of rubber or the like is fixed to the opening 5a so as to close the opening 5a. A holding frame 8 is fixed to the upper part of the base body 1, as shown in FIG. 3, for holding a bonded member 7 such as a long metal molding having a substantially C-shaped cross section.

The adhered member 7 to which this tape 9 has been temporarily attached is set on the holding frame 8, and then the elevator 4 is operated to lower the bell gear 5, and by vacuuming, the elastic sheet 6 is moved in the direction of the base 1. Due to the suction, this sheet 6 adheres to the entire surface of the member to be adhered 7 and applies strong pressure to the tape 9, so that the tape 9 is adhered.

Air bubbles 10 are generated on the back side of the product, and these air bubbles 10 are visible after the product is manufactured, which significantly impairs the aesthetics and decoration, and the adhesion area of the adhesive tape 9 becomes smaller, resulting in long-term use. It has the disadvantage that it becomes easy to peel off later.

In the figure, blocks 11, 11, which are taller than the holding frame 8 and the adhered member 7 placed on the holding frame 8, are placed on both sides of the holding frame 8 so as to be parallel to the holding frame 8. Fixed. Note that 22 is a heater provided in the bell gear 5, which softens the adhesive tape 9 and improves its adhesive strength.

Here, when the vacuum pump is driven to perform evacuation, the elastic sheet 6, especially the part between the blocks 11 and 11, gradually hangs down in a U-shape, and as shown in FIG. comes into line contact with the adhesive tape 9, and when further vacuuming is applied, the adhesive tape 9
The contact area spreads to the left and right around the lowest position 6a, covers the entire adhesive tape 9, and applies pressure to the entire adhesive tape 9. Therefore, adhesive tape 9
The air present between the adhesive member 7 and the adhered member 7 is expelled from side to side, and air bubbles are no longer generated between the two.

る。 FIG. 7 is a simplified configuration diagram showing another embodiment of the vacuum press bonding apparatus according to the present invention, and the same parts as in FIG. 5 are designated by the same reference numerals. In this case, the blocks 11, 11 are positioned in grooves 12 provided in portions extending left and right on both sides of the holding frame 8 so as to be vertically movable. Airtightness is maintained between both walls of the blocks 11, 11 and the inner wall of the groove 12, and the space below the block 11 is led to a pressure device 14 such as a hydraulic or pneumatic tank through a pipe 13. It will be destroyed. This pressure device 14 constantly sends fluid or gas to the pipe line 13, increases the pressure of the fluid or gas in the pipe line 13, and raises the block 11 as shown in FIG. 7, but the elastic sheet 6 is sucked downward. It hangs down in a U-shape,
After making line contact with the adhesive tape 9, the adhesive tape 9
When the block 11 comes into contact with the upper surface side of the block 11, the fluid or gas in the pipe line 13 is sucked in, the pressure is lowered, and the block 11 is lowered. In this way, by lowering the block 11 after the elastic sheet 6 has been suctioned to a certain level, the tension applied to the elastic sheet 6d, especially in the vicinity of the block 11, can be alleviated. Fatigue due to vertical movement using the corner portion as a fulcrum can be suppressed, and the life of the elastic sheet 6 can be extended. Further, since the elastic sheet 6 can be sufficiently rotated to the side wall side of the member to be adhered 7, adhesion can be performed over the entire area.
なお、上記上下動可能なブロツク11に代えて

る。 Note that instead of the vertically movable block 11, as shown in FIG. 8, an elastic material 11c such as sponge, cardboard, or a spring may be sandwiched between the frames 11a and 11a.
In this way, when the elastic sheet 6 is sucked downward, the block 11 is pulled downward by the tension of the elastic sheet 6, so the block 11 contracts, and the tension applied to the elastic sheet 6 is reduced. can be alleviated, and fatigue of the elastic sheet can be reduced.

きい。 As explained above, according to the present invention, the elastic sheet placed above the vacuum-drawn base is sucked toward the base, and adhesive pressure is applied to the surface side of the adhered member placed on the base. In addition, in the vacuum press bonding apparatus, a positioning member is provided for positioning the portion of the elastic sheet corresponding to the member to be bonded above the member to be bonded.
Since the elastic sheet can be adsorbed to the adhesive tape of the adhered member from a line contact state to gradually spread to the left and right, air bubbles between the adhered member and the adhesive tape can be expelled, improving the aesthetic appearance and decorativeness. I can do it. Furthermore, it is composed of a positioning member such as a block that is movable toward the side of the base body when the elastic sheet contacts the adhered member, so that the tension or elongation applied to the elastic sheet can be alleviated, and the fatigue of the elastic sheet can be reduced. It is economical because the life can be extended, and the effect is particularly great when applied to a member to be adhered with a large rising dimension (height).
