Using a receiver having a groove extending thinly and in the same shape as the above-mentioned arc and having an opening narrower than the inner part, overlap the ends of the belt unit on both sides of the end of the membrane, and insert the belt unit into the groove of the receiver. This is a conveyor belt that is made up of a large number of belts that are alternately connected by inserting and fitting them into each other.

る。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. This conveyor belt is constructed by alternately connecting a large number of belt units A and membrane bodies B. The belt unit A is formed by forming a thin plate made of an elastic material so that its cross section has an upwardly concave arc shape and its longitudinal cross section is wavy. Furthermore, edges 10 projecting downward are provided at both ends of the belt unit A. The membrane body B is formed by forming the lower end of a thin plate made of an elastic body into the same shape as the above-mentioned arc. Further, along the lower end of the membrane body B, a rod-shaped body 20 having a trapezoidal cross section is provided, the lower width being wider than the upper width. These belt units A and the membrane body B are connected alternately so that the edge 10 on the cross section of the belt unit A and the rod-shaped body 20 at the lower end of the membrane body B are joined. That is, by using a receiver C formed by drilling a substantially rectangular groove 30 in a rod having the same shape as the above-mentioned arc, in which the width of the opening located at the upper part is narrower than that at the inner part, the groove 3
The edges 10 of the two belt units A are respectively joined to both sides of the belt unit 0, and the rod-shaped body 20 of the membrane body B is inserted into the groove 30 while pressing both sides thereof, thereby making the connection.

図ることができる。 The conveyor belt of the present invention has the following functions and effects.Since this conveyor belt is formed by combining a belt unit, a membrane body, and a receiver, all you need to do is prepare these three types of parts. Belts of any length can be easily manufactured. Therefore, costs are reduced, and even when changing the arrangement of the conveyor and the length of the belt, it can be easily accommodated by simply increasing or decreasing the number of these parts to be connected. In addition, when the conveyor is formed on a steep slope, the membrane that acts as a wall to prevent conveyed objects from falling has a screened shape on the belt, which is difficult to manufacture with conventional long belts. Since it is manufactured separately from the unit and only connected during use, it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing, and costs can be reduced.
