なつてしまう。 The viscosity of hydraulic fluid in hydraulic elevators changes with temperature changes. Therefore, when the oil temperature decreases, it has a significant negative effect on the speed characteristics, causing a decrease in performance such as a decrease in landing speed and landing error. As a way to deal with this, unloading operation is performed. Conventional unloading operation is a continuous operation until the oil temperature detection output disappears, and if the oil temperature rises within a certain period of time and the detection output does not disappear, the safety device's anti-slip timer is activated and the elevator becomes unable to move. I end up.

It also prevents a decrease in operating efficiency due to inoperability.

N is the elevator power supply, Y is the oil temperature detection contact, A is the unload operation command relay, A 1 and A 2 are the contacts,
M is a motor rotation command relay, TA is an unload operation timer, TM 1 and TA 2 are its contacts, TB is an unload stop timer, and TB 1 is its contact. Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. When the oil temperature drops to a certain point, contact Y turns on, relay A turns on, and contact A1 turns on relay M, which rotates the motor and starts unloading operation. At the same time, timer TA starts counting through contact A2 . This timer TA is set to a shorter time limit than the idle prevention timer, and when the set time limit is reached, the timer TA turns on and its contacts
TA 2 turns OFF, relay M turns OFF, and the motor stops. Also, timer TB starts counting by contact TA 1 . Timer when reaching any time
TB turns ON, its contact TB 1 turns OFF, and timer TA
is turned OFF, contact TA 2 is ON, relay M is ON, the motor rotates, and unloading operation starts again.
Repeat the above operation until the oil temperature rises and contact Y turns OFF.
