In general, steel frame or reinforced concrete buildings such as buildings and condominiums have a long service life, but their outer walls become old and shabby over a long period of time, and are forced to be renovated to spoil their appearance. For example, in the case of a painted exterior wall, the painted surface may become stained, discolored or faded, and if the situation worsens, the paint will peel off, requiring repainting, and in the case of a tiled exterior wall, The tiles must be replaced because they can peel off and fall, which is dangerous. However, repainting and retiling involve the entire exterior wall surface, which requires a great deal of effort.

装工法を提供することを目的としている。 This invention was made by focusing on the above-mentioned points, and the base material is attached to the outer wall of an existing building while leaving it as it is, or the outer wall of the existing building is removed to expose the existing base material. Pipe-shaped azimuths are provided continuously in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals on the outer surface of the existing building through and horizontal drainage channels on the passage members of the horizontal crosspieces, and furthermore, providing drainage channels connected vertically and horizontally in the rectangular frame through communication holes provided in the outer member, A sealing material is applied to the appropriate place inside the outer member,
By drilling a drainage hole to the outside and holding window materials, wall materials, etc. within the rectangular frame to form a new exterior wall, the exterior wall can be easily renovated, and the exterior wall after renovation. The purpose is to provide a method for renovating the exterior walls of existing buildings that looks good.

First, the base materials 3 and 4 are attached to the outer wall 2 of the existing building 1. In this case, there are 5 tiles on the exterior wall 2 of the existing building 1.
are attached, and the base materials 3 and 4 are attached to the outer wall 2 with the tiles 5 attached. However, this is not limited to this example. For example, if an existing building has a curtain wall or other external wall attached to the main body of the building via a base material, the curtain wall or other external wall may be removed and the base material of the above device installed. may be exposed. Furthermore, the base materials 3 and 4 are not limited to those shown in the drawings, but may have various shapes and structures.

This mullion 6 has a pipe-shaped outer member 7 made of extruded aluminum and an inner member 8 made of steel plate bent into a pipe shape, connected to connecting pieces 9' and 10 that protrude from the inner and outer side members 7 and 8, respectively. It can be freely connected. In addition, since the inner member 8 can be bent according to the dimensions in advance at the factory, it can be bent according to the location conditions of the existing building 1, for example, if the space from the outer surface of the existing building 1 to the site boundary line is narrow, etc. This means that the dimensions can be easily set. Note that this inner member 8 is not necessarily required; for example, if an existing building has an exterior wall made of a curtain wall made of shaped steel, the shaped steel can be left as is and it can be directly attached to the shaped steel. The above-mentioned outer member 7 may be attached. In this case, since the shaped steel remains as it is, the outer wall can be formed at approximately the same position as the previous curtain wall.

This inner member 14 is also attached.
Similar to the inner member 8 of the mullion 6, it may be omitted if there is a shaped steel material used for the curtain wall of an existing building. Note that the outer member 13 has a flat plate shape, and the inner member 1

In the illustrated example, only the wall material 19 is used, but if there is a window opening, glass as a window material may be provided there.

A vertical drainage channel 22 that communicates with the drainage channel 21 is formed inside the outer member 7 of the housing, and rainwater is reliably drained from each floor even if poor installation or deterioration of the sealing material 16 occurs at any position of the square frame 12. It is designed so that it can be discharged to the outside. In addition, 23 is a communication hole for both drainage channels 21 and 22, 24 is a drainage hole, 25 is a packing material for prevention,
26 is a sealing material, and this sealing material 26 is provided at a suitable position inside the outer member 7, and a drainage hole 24 to the outside is opened therein.

る。 As explained above, according to this invention,
The configuration is such that the outer wall of the existing building is left as it is and a base material is attached to the outer wall, or the outer wall of the existing building is removed and the existing base material is exposed, and the outer surface of the existing building is vertically attached at predetermined intervals through the base material. A pipe-shaped mullion is provided continuously in the direction, and horizontal beams are combined with this mullion to form a rectangular frame, and a vertical drainage channel is provided inside the outer member of the mullion, and a through member for the horizontal beam is provided. Horizontal drainage channels are formed on the top, and drainage channels are provided in communication holes provided in the outer member to connect vertically and laterally to the rectangular frame, and a sealing material is applied at appropriate locations inside the outer member. Therefore, we decided to form a new exterior wall by drilling drainage holes to the outside and holding window materials, wall materials, etc. within the rectangular frame. It eliminates the hassle of repainting the exterior wall surface or completely replacing the tiles, making it possible to easily and reliably form a new exterior wall, which is advantageous in terms of construction time and cost, and also improves the appearance. Even if poor installation or deterioration of the sealing material occurs anywhere on the rectangular frame, rainwater can be reliably collected from the mullions to the drainage holes, or collected from the crossbars to the mullions and drained to the drainage holes. Furthermore, the mullions and crossbars appear on the surface, which has the effect of improving the design.
