In general, fine bubble-like water droplets are smaller in weight compared to their volume because the fine water droplets obtained from conventional spray nozzles are bubble-like compared to particulate water droplets.
They can remain suspended in the air for long periods of time and therefore have the residence time necessary for the physical or chemical reactions of the liquids that make up the bubble droplets. Moreover, since it is a hollow body, a larger number of bubbles and water droplets can be generated with the same amount of liquid.

However, since such aggregates of bubble water droplets have a large insulating effect, they can block warm or cold air, and when bubble water droplets collide with objects and break, they become even finer particles and react with objects. Also, it has characteristics such as being able to quickly adhere to objects.

However, despite the many benefits of such bubble water droplets, no suitable bubble water droplet generation device has been developed, so the physical and chemical characteristics of bubble water droplets cannot be effectively utilized.

In view of the above, the present invention is a bubble water droplet generating device that efficiently generates bubble water droplets with a simple structure,
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a tubular body, and the tubular body 1 has a flow path 1' for guiding the liquid to be pumped, and a constricted portion 2 is formed in a part. In addition, it has a tapered mixing chamber 3, and a honeycomb structure 4 as a porous body is fitted at the tip thereof, and liquid is pumped into this tubular body 1 in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. After the air and liquid sucked in from the suction hole 5 are mixed in the mixing chamber 3 due to the negative pressure caused by the liquid ejected from the constriction part 2, the honeycomb structure 4
It is designed to be ejected to the outside through the through hole.

In a bubble water droplet generator with such a structure,
To explain its operation, liquid is pumped into the tubular body 1 and the flow path 1', and is ejected from the constriction part 2 at a high speed, thereby creating a suction hole 5 near the constriction part 2.
The air sucked in and the liquid ejected from the mixing chamber 3
After being stirred and mixed, the gas-liquid mixture delivered to the honeycomb structure 4 generates fine bubble water droplets in the process of passing through the holes of the honeycomb structure 4, and is ejected to the outside.

Note that a surfactant, for example, is added to the liquid that is pressure-fed into the flow path 1' of the tubular body 1 and jetted out from the constriction part 2.
By mixing about 0.1%, it is efficient.
Can generate bubbles and water droplets.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the bubble water droplet generator according to the present invention is arranged concentrically in the cylindrical body 6, and a large flow velocity is generated in the cylindrical body 6 in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure. By pumping gas,
It is possible to send out and scatter the bubble water droplets ejected from the honeycomb structure 4 in a predetermined direction and far away.
