≪Prior art and its problems≫ For example, automobile door trims, dash side trims, body side trims, etc., which are molded to match the surface shape of each part of the automobile inner panel and attached to the inner panel. In order to prevent the interior parts from rattling due to the gap between the inner panel and the interior parts, a cushion material is attached in advance to a desired location on the back of these interior parts, and the interior parts are attached to the inner panel. In the attached state, the cushion material interposed between them is compressed to tightly fix the interior parts to these inner panels.

However, in order to attach this type of cushion material to the above-mentioned interior parts, after molding the above-mentioned interior parts,
Since the cushion material is assembled in a separate process using an adhesive, it takes a lot of man-hours, and especially if the shape of the interior part is a curved surface, the gluing work becomes complicated and is not favorable for workability. Nakatsuta. Moreover, the adhesive tends to deteriorate the working environment.

<<Structure and Effects of the Invention>> To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automobile interior in which a cushion material having a cushioning effect with the panel is attached to a required position on the back side of an interior component attached to a vehicle body panel. A method for manufacturing a part, which comprises the steps of: positioning and fixing a cushion material with swelling recovery property at an appropriate position on the mold surface of a lower die of a press molding die via a movement prevention means; The resin plate is formed into a molded product with an appropriate curved surface by placing a heat-softened thermoplastic resin plate on the mold surface of the lower mold, and then immediately engaging the upper mold onto the lower mold. In addition, the method is characterized by comprising a step of compressing and flattening the cushion material and fixing it in a semi-buried state on the back surface of the molded product, and a step of removing the molded product to recover the swelling of the cushion material.

That is, in the method for manufacturing automotive interior parts according to the present invention, as described above, during press molding of a thermoplastic resin plate or composite resin plate, a cushion material is integrated into a required portion of the back surface of the thermoplastic resin plate or composite resin plate. Since it is bonded to a curved surface, there is no need for the conventional process of attaching cushion material in a separate process after molding the interior parts, and it also Even parts can be easily integrated, etc.
Work efficiency is significantly improved. Moreover, it has various advantages, such as eliminating the need for adhesives and preventing deterioration of the working environment due to the use of adhesives.

In each figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a lower mold for press molding which has a mold surface 1a of a predetermined curved shape on its upper surface, and reference numeral 2 designates a lower mold for press molding which has a mold surface 2a that engages with the lower mold 1. This is the upper mold, and the mold surface 1 of the press molding die is composed of the upper and lower molds 1 and 2.
As shown in FIG. 1, a cushion material 3 made of a slab urethane or the like cut into appropriate dimensions and thickness is installed and fixed at an appropriate position a.

Although not shown, the method for setting the cushion material 3 is to fix a positioning pin or a sheet with high surface friction such as sandpaper in advance to the installation location of the cushion material 3 on the mold surface 1a. The movement of the cushion material 3 during molding can be prevented by laying the cushion material 3 on the upper part of the mold surface 1a or by forming a shallow groove-shaped fixing mold hole at the position where the cushion material 3 is installed on the mold surface 1a. It can be prevented.

In FIG. 1, the upper mold 2 or the lower mold 1 are separated from each other and are in the preparation stage for molding. In this state, the cushion material 3 is fixed as described above, and then heated in advance by heating means (not shown) such as a heater. A heat-softened composite resin plate 4 is placed on the lower mold 1.

A sheet material 4a such as a decorative carpet is integrated in advance on the upper surface of this composite resin board 4.
In this state, the composite resin plate 4 is placed on the mold surface 1a of the lower mold 1 in a heated and softened state by heating it to near the melting point of the composite resin plate 4 using a heater or the like. (See Figure 2).

Next, in this installed state,
If the upper mold 2 is immediately engaged with the lower mold 1, the composite resin plate 4 and the decorative sheet material 4a will be on both mold surfaces 1.
The cushion material 3, which is press-molded along the cavity shapes of a and 2a, and which is located on the lower surface of the composite resin plate, is flattened and thinned by the pressure, and the thinned state is Since it is also somewhat thick, it is joined by biting into the composite resin plate 4 which has been heated and softened as described above (see Fig. 3).

When the composite resin plate 4 is cooled and solidified with the upper mold 2 engaged in this manner, the upper mold 2 is separated from the lower mold 1 and the molded product is placed on the lower mold 1. When the cushion material 3 is removed from the mold, the cushion material 3, which has been compressed and flattened by the press forming as described above, expands and recovers again as the pressure is removed.
As shown in the figure, the cushion material 3 is expanded and recovered while being fixed in a semi-embedded manner on the back surface of the composite resin plate.

The bonding between the composite resin plate 4 and the cushion material 3 is achieved with the porous surface of the cushion material 3 digging into the resin plate 4 in an uneven manner, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. A good bonding condition is achieved due to the so-called anchoring effect between the two.
