得るようにしたことによつて、上記荷重が除かれ
た無負荷時には出力部と入力部が直結状態となる
構造の場合には特に荷重が加わるまでのチエン又
は索条の移動を迅速として作業能率を向上させる
ことができるようにしたもので、他物を強制的に
牽引するチエン又は索条を巻付けあるいは懸掛し
た回転自在な出力部と、弾性体の作用によつて常
に一方向を向き前記出力部に設けたラチエツト歯
体に係合しようとするラチエツト爪と、収縮体の
作用によつて常に一方向を向き前記ラチエツト爪
を押圧してラチエツト爪とラチエツト歯体との係
合を阻止し、且つ、本体を設置物に取り付ける揺
動自在な基体が押圧していたラチエツト爪を解除
し、ラチエツト爪がラチエツト歯に係合するよう
にした物上げまたは牽引装置に係るものである。

向を設定しておくとよい。これによつて無負荷の
ときには入力部15と出力部1が直結され減速を
せずに運転をすることができる。入力部15の内
周壁17と18は上記保持部材8の保持部11,
12に嵌入した出力側回転体7の固定側コロ6の
外周に配置したコロ9と10に当接するか極めて
接近するように偏心円または出力部5の中心を中
心として左右で対称形であり、その曲率半径の中
心が対称形の定直線より離れた位置と、定直線上
