An example of two objects that move relative to each other is a combination such as a land lock that opens and closes a cut in a river embankment, and a door pocket that stores it. Detectors that can be mounted vertically generally have low dimensional accuracy and assembly accuracy, making it difficult to install the detector, and in particular, it is difficult to achieve mutual positional accuracy between active and passive elements.
There was a risk that the reliability as a detector could not be obtained.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a layout of the area around the landlock, and 1 is an embankment built along a river 2.A part of this embankment 1 is provided with a cut-out 3 for traffic inside and outside the embankment. are opened and closed as appropriate by land locks 4. This land lock 4 has a sliding door type, and is normally stored in a door pocket 5 provided on one side of the cutout 3 as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
When the river 2 rises, it moves along the guide rail 6 to the position shown in FIG. 3 and prohibits traffic inside and outside the embankment 1. The detector 8 may be of any type as long as it consists of an active element and a passive element.
Here, a magnetic sensor with a magnet 9 as an active element and a magnetic sensing switch 10 as a passive element is used.
An example using a set is shown below. And these detectors are 2
A pair of magnets 9, 9 and a magnetic sensing switch 10, 10 are attached to separate supports 11, 12 for each set. Attached to both ends of the upper surface, a pair of switch supports 12,
12 are attached to the upper surface of the door pocket 5 and the upper surface of the gate post 7, respectively, so that when the land lock 4 is closed as shown in FIG. 3, the magnets 9 and switches 10 of each set are close to each other and face each other. The four switches 10 are connected in parallel to each other in each set as shown in FIG.
The display device 13 is attached to a monitoring panel or the like of a central monitoring center that remotely monitors the opening/closing status of the land lock 4.
Note that 14 in FIG. 4 is a cable for connecting each switch 10, 10 to a power source.

As shown in FIG. 4, each of the supports 11 and 12 has linear fitting grooves 11a and 11b;
a, 12b, and both arm portions 15a, 15 of the jig 15 are formed in these grooves in a U-shape as shown in FIG.
By fitting the magnets 9 of each set

Therefore, the detectors 8... are attached by the following procedure. First, each pair of magnets 9, 9 and magnetic sensing switches 10, 10 constituting two sets of detectors 8 are mounted on a support 1 as shown in FIG.
1 and 12, both supports 11 and 12 are attached to a common jig 15 and integrated as shown in FIG. Then, with the land lock 4 closed, the magnetic support 11 is fixed to one end of the top surface of the land lock 4, and the switch support 12 is fixed to the top surface of the door pocket 5 by bolting or other appropriate means. At this time,
By inserting a spacer between the magnetic support 11 and the land lock 4 or between the switch support 12 and the door pocket 5, the heights of both supports 11 and 12 can be matched, and one Alternatively, by sliding both supports with respect to the jig 15, the distance between the supports 11 and 12 can be adjusted appropriately. After fixing each of the supports 11 and 12 to the land lock 4 and the door pocket 5, the jig 15 is attached to each groove 11a, 11b;
By pulling it out from 12b, the installation of the two sets of detectors 8, 8 is completed. Similarly, two sets of detectors 8, 8 can be attached to the other end of the lock 4 and the gatepost 7.

According to the above mounting method, the magnet 9 as an active element constituting the detector 8 and the magnetic sensing switch 10 as a passive element are fixed in a predetermined positional relationship via the jig 15, and in this state they are Two objects moving (landlock 4 and door pocket 5 or gatepost 7)
Since they are fixed to each other, even if the dimensional accuracy or assembly accuracy of the two objects is low, the mutual positional accuracy of the magnet 9 and switch 10 can be easily achieved.
The reliability of the detector 8 can be improved.
Further, as in the present invention, the jig is configured such that each element can slide in the opposing direction, and when setting the position of each element, each element is slid according to the opposing position of two objects. Since the spacing dimension can be adjusted, the position of each element can be set to the optimal opposing position spacing depending on the state of the object, and this allows the use of a jig that simply defines all directions. Compared to the case where the mounting is carried out in a single manner, the mounting can be carried out with high precision depending on the condition of the object to be mounted. Furthermore, if a plurality of sets (four sets) of detectors 8 are connected in parallel as in the above embodiment, and the display 13 is activated even when any of the detectors performs a detection operation, the detectors 8 The reliability of detecting the closed state of the land lock 4 can be increased in proportion to the number of locks.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and can be modified in various ways. For example, a photocoupler or the like consisting of a light emitter and a light receiver may be used as the detector. Further, the active elements and passive elements constituting the detector may be directly attached to the jig without using a support. Furthermore, the jig may be one that can integrally hold the active element and the passive element in a state where they face each other without contacting each other and can slide in the opposing directions, and the shape and structure may be modified as appropriate depending on the detector.
