効果が不充分である。 Transparent photographic panels can be obtained by applying a light-sensitive emulsion to one side of a substrate, such as a plastic film or a glass plate, and exposing, developing and fixing the light-sensitive emulsion. However, the photographic panels obtained in this way have insufficient contrast and color intensity, so that when used, for example, for decorative or advertising purposes, it is necessary to illuminate them from the back, and in the absence of illumination. In some cases, the tone is so dark that the displayed content cannot be discerned. In addition, in the case of photographic paper, although illumination from the back is not necessary, the display effect is insufficient because it relies only on reflected light.

In FIG. 1a, 1 is a transparent substrate made of plastic such as acrylic resin or vinyl chloride resin, and 2A and 2B are photographic prints of the same size reproduced from the same original. These photographic prints 2A and 2B were obtained by enlarging in a normal manner using normal photographic paper, and going through the steps of developing, fixing, washing, and drying, and therefore each of them is, for example, As shown in Figure 3, base paper 1
1, intermediate layer 12, emulsion layer 13 and gelatin layer 1
4, and the image is formed within the emulsion layer 13. The intermediate layer 12 is made of baryta or polyethylene, and in either case, it is milky white in order to improve the clarity and whiteness of the image. In the first step shown in FIG. 1a, a water-resistant adhesive is applied to the back surface of the substrate 1 and the surfaces of the photographic prints 2A and 2B (the surface of the gelatin layer 14) by means such as spraying, and then dried.

Since the adhesive applied to A has already dried, the two are bonded together by applying a suitable solvent to the surface of each adhesive layer and then bringing them into close contact with each other. Next, the base paper 11 of the photographic print 2A is removed. This removal of the base paper 11 can be done, for example, by first mechanically peeling off the base paper 11, and then
This can be easily done by removing the remaining paper fibers using a releasing agent such as an aqueous NaOH solution, and this third step results in the following: A gelatin layer 14, an emulsion layer 13 and an intermediate layer 12 are formed on the back surface of the substrate 1 via an adhesive layer 21.
An intermediate process product to which is bonded is obtained.

However, when pasting the photographic print 2B in this fourth step, the photographic print 2B that has already been pasted is
It is necessary to accurately match the image of the photographic print 2B with the image of A.

視覚効果を与える。 As shown in FIG. 2b, the photographic panel obtained through all the above steps has an adhesive layer 21, a gelatin layer 14, an emulsion layer 13, and an intermediate layer 1 on the back surface of the substrate 1.
2, adhesive layer 22, gelatin layer 14, emulsion layer 13
and an intermediate layer 12, which have a structure in which eight layers are laminated in this order. The images of the two emulsion layers 13 precisely match each other, resulting in high contrast and density, and the milky white translucency of the intermediate layer 12 makes it possible to reduce the amount of light incident from the surface of the substrate 1. When viewed only by reflection, it has the same appearance as a normal print, and when the back side is illuminated with a fluorescent light, it gives the same visual effect as a slide.

Although two photographic prints are superimposed, three or more photographic prints may be superimposed if the contrast of the prints is low or if a special visual effect is to be obtained. Further, when the intermediate layer of the photographic print is made of baryta, a water-resistant paint may be applied to the outermost intermediate layer in order to improve stability against water and moisture.
